Sorry Mike, I didn’t explain it correctly. I didn’t mean to increase the size of the HEADLINE itself, but of the words in the upper tab section.
Please see Screenshot attached.That’s great Mike – thanks so much.
One more question: Is it possible to get the 4 tab words such as BASISANALYSE bigger? How can I increase the font size for those?
And second: Do you have any idea how to get rid of the BACK TO TOP button. I don’t need that anymore.
THANKS SO MUCH.Could you check out the page yet?
I would also like to know how to get rid of the scroll to top button.
Thanks NoraHello,
Could you access the page yet?I also wanted to know on my HOME Page: I have 3 anchors set for my main menu on top. Depending on what page I’m on, the menu item corresponding with that page turns white. But on the HOME PAGE the word HOME but also the other sections on the HOME page are turning white. I would rather only have the specific section I’m on turning white – just as you have it here in your demo: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-one-page-portfolio/
THANKS Nora
sorry, turned it off now!
NO, that’s not what I mean. I mean the AVIA LAYOUT ARCHITECT. Usually I have it on top but now I have a weird interface – totally different from any other project. You might want to log in and check out PAGES and click on any page and you will see it.
If I switch to CODE EDITOR I see the same but it’s coding instead of words – but the weird interface remains the same. It only happened after updating to WP 5.0.2.No I don’t need a demo theme on this page anymore. However, since I upgraded to WP 5.0.2 I have this strange issue when editing any page, on top I have the classic mode – you just need to log in and click SEITEN (Pages) and when you then edit any of the pages I see this weird classic mode on top.
I resolved this issue with my other project by uploading the theme again, then it was gone. But on this project I don’t dare re-uploading the theme again because it’s all finished. see below a screenshot.
ps: I didn’t have to change the language and still it worked for my other projectI did that and it worked out fine.
Now I have an existing project and when updating to WP 5.0.2 the same problem appeared when trying to edit a page. The classic mode just pops up and I don’t know how to get rid of it. However, in this case I’m scared to just upload the theme again because the project is finished and up and running. Pls. see info below.no plugin missing – sorry, but ever since I updated WP to WP 5.0.2 on each page that I try to edit I see the CLASSIC EDITOR on top and cannot switch to the AVIA EDITOR – I need to scroll down all the way to the bottom to see the AVIA EDITOR. Why is that and is there a way to get it to look like it used to before?
also, there seem to be plugins missing after installation. this is really weird.
That’s exactly where I’m looking at, but this particular demo is not showing. see full access.
thanks so much.
NoraAh, that makes sense. So all the problems I was facing were because of the MOBILE SLIDER and not due to the caching plugin.
The code worked fine.
Thanks so much.
I will check out the file you added.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all.So, is there anything wrong with my MOBILE SLIDER? Or is it just too much.
about 3.: Please see below:
Do you know why the arrows still show in my iframes? I added this code, which worked fine before, but now it doesn’t anymore.
I tried #top but that didn’t work.Problem is, I DO have pages such as BLOG & NEWS and the TEAM PAGES and CLIENT PROJECTS that are on a different page. So that’s why I set the links like that.
Thanks so much – I can see that when using the menu on the home page, the anchors work fine.
But when being on my BLOG & NEWS page and want to go back to the home page, the anchors show to the END of the section again.
I attached a link.Questions:
1. Why is it necessary to have this preloader?
2. Can I install any caching plugin? One of the two recommended plugins caused the error.
3. Do you know why the arrows still show in my iframes? I added this code, which worked fine before, but now it doesn’t anymore.
.page-id-3153 button.mfp-arrow {
display: none;
}
4. Is there a way to decrease loading time on Tablets?
THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!Yes I fixed this. Thanks so much.
BUT: I have a new problem. I opened a new post for that, but it’s really urgent because I’m already online.
The new post ist called: PLUGIN CONFLICT.
I’d really appreciate your help on this
THANKS NoraAlso when reloading after a while on Firefox or Safari, the content of each color element loads when I come to the END of the section, and not in the BEGINNING! So this might also relate to the anchors showing to the END of an assigned section instead of to the BEGINNING.
I also added the FTP credentials.
PLS help! ThanksAlso the loading time seems totally effected by this plugin problem.
It used to load real fast, but now it’s super slow – and on an ipad it reloads and reloads and takes forever to fully load.
I saw at a different project, that those plugins are usually already pre-installed (WP Super Cache, Optimus – WordPress Image Optimizer). In my case they were not.
Can this be fixed at all?It seems that in FIREFOX the anchors show to the END of the designated Layout Element and not to the BEGINNING! So e.g. #uns jumps to the END of the section where this anchor is assigned to, and not the BEGINNING.
In CHROME only #methoden and #uns jumps to the end of the section, the other anchors are ok.
How weird is that?
This all happened after installing the plugins (WP Super Cache, Optimus – WordPress Image Optimizer) and deactivating and deleting them didn’t help.Just to make sure it’s clear. The anchors work but show to completely wrong sections.
AND: All the images don’t preload, so all of a sudden I have to move the mouse to load the images. so weird.Sorry, forgot to add the code:
To avoid the arrows next to my iframes I added this code:
.page-id-3153 button.mfp-arrow {
display: none;
}And then they didn’t show anymore. But now they are back???
Thanks -post can be closed!
Thanks, post can be closed
When I hide the slider on mobile and add an image instead – just for the mobile version – I get a white space below my slider on the desktop version. Is there a way to avoid this? (I selected HIDE IMAGE ON DESKTOP)
THANKS norasolved – post can be closed!
Well, that’s because I’ve redone everything.
I used the code:
.home .content {
padding-top: 0 !important;
}
.home .content {
padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}And I had to add top and bottom spacing on each single content block.
If you know another solution, I would highly appreciate it.
I also tried this code, but then also all of my subpages didn’t show enough space on top
.html_header_top.html_header_topbar_active.html_header_sticky #top #main {
padding-top: 68px;
}So now I have another problem due to this code:
in summary:
1. The bottom of my header slider still shows a white space
2. The solution only works for desktop, not on mobile
3. IMPORTANT: Now I have this reduction of the top space showing also on all subpages! Not only on my HOME pageHm, this solution works fine for the Desktop, but on my mobile I still see the white space on top. :-(
And the bottom, too…Perfect – and for the bottom? I still have the white space on the bottom of the slider!
THANKS SO MUCH!It’s on TOP and on the BOTTOM of the Layer Slider – on the very top of my page.
It’s supposed to be a HEADER SLIDER and avia page builder gives each section a white spacing.
You can see it on top of my page – as soon as the slider loads, you see that on top and on the bottom there is a white space.
I attached screenshotsI had to go online and the URL changed. Pls. see below!
It’s the image next to the name. I added the link below! I would like to show it rectangle and a little bigger, and not round!
Thanks Nora -
