Hi guys

For some reason there were no danish po mo files on my server which (since I am new to this) caused some confusion. Uploading po mo files and adding danish language to the wp-config.php solved my problems in frontend – and the changes in backend are minimal causing no problems. In my upload of danish WP version there were both “da_DK” po mo files AND “admin-da_DK”. I only installed the “da_DK” po mo files. Could that be the reason why there were just minimal changes in backend? I.e.: Are there individual frontend and backend po mo files? Besides from that question issues resolved. Thanks

Hi Josue – thanks for very quick respons :)

Please let me understand this right: I presently have an english WP-installation. I want a danish frontend, i.e. field names like “Search results”, “Comments” in danish. In order to have that I have to install and use the plugin codestyling-localization. And after that I have to indtall and use the wp-native-dashboard plugin to get my backend back to english. Is that what you mean? None of theese plugins do the trick by itself, cause this seems a litte forth and back again?

Thanks for your answer. You guys really have a busy time. I think we are a lot of people out here VERY happy about the theme, but a little concerned of the rush launching new features…!

I have looked into the “Codestyling localisation”, have made a plugin in WP and at a stage gets this warning: “It seems, that there is code contained extracted out of other plugins, themes or widgets and used by copy & paste inside some source files. The affected unknown textdomains are: wordpress-importer, woothemes, woocommerce, plugindomain, envato, LayerSlider”

Besides that it raises a “memory problem”when trying to “Rescan”…

I am not sure, what these issues mean, and I am not sure either how to make the plugin work on the site…?

As I said, I am new to this, so I think I will go further into WP and Enfold on some other areas before adressing this issue again.
I hoped I would have been able to just make some translations in different files (js or whatever), and then that was it :)
I make a logfile of any change, I make, so I could have managed theme updates etc that way.
