Hi Nikko – thanks a lot, works fine :-)
Hi Rikard – you can close the topic, thanks again :-)
Thanks Ismael – updating worked :-)
Best regards
Hey Ismael
Thanks for getting back to me :-)
However I do not quite think, your suggestion provides a solution to the issue. I allready had (and have again) tried both an absolute and a relative link path – witth the same result: The page opens – but not in an iframe. And, by the way, I actually have other web sites where I have been using relative link paths for iframes with no issues at all…?
Is there a chance you could look into this again please. Thanks in advance.
Best regards
Hi Ismael
Thanks for quick reply. However this did not change the issue – though the font type diminished as was supposed.
If you are not reproducing the issue (and others maybe not either) I think I will leave it as is for now – also given its “periodic” nature om my phone… (strange though)
Thanks again for your and Mike’s support :-)
Best regards
Hey Mike
Thanks for getting back to me.
Sorry for not being more specific: Issue occurs on Android/Edge (Chrome is fine…).
Issue is sort of on and of: If I refresh the page a number of times then some of the times it will come out right, most of the times not… no idea why it is not consistent?Best regards
Hi Mike
Wow – thanks a lot for an extraordinary super quick and competent support! It works again – you saved my day :-)
(Promise to look for any unclosed tags…)As regards the Enfold Child Theme I have a “style.css” uploaded via FTP – with special css-rules which are not visible within the WP control panel. Should I to this (external) file ad this code: “A Child Theme for the Enfold WordPress Theme. If you plan to do a lot of file modifications we recommend to use this Theme instead of the original Theme. Updating will be much easier then.” Is that what you mean?
Again, thanks a lot!

Thanks for always being constructive! I will go with this :-)
Very best regards
Thanks again VIctoria
I would never have guessed that since I have the same setting on other Enfold sites without causing problem with i-frames not showing. The setting I normally have is “Load only used elements (recommended)” – and as said this has not created issues on any of the other sites? But if changing setting to alway load works, then I am happy, so thanks :-)
Best regards
Thanks a lot Victoria :-)
What did you do to fix it? (I have several Enfold-based sites for clients, so it would be usefull to know)
Best regards
Hey Victoria
Account now made admin. Sorry about that.
Only 2 plugins on this site, Akismet Anti-Spam and UpdraftPlus (Backup/Restore). Deactivating theese made no change.
Hope you can work it out :-)
Thanks in advance

Toggling CSS file merging and compression solved the issue.
Thanks :-)
Thanks Rikard – that did the job :-)

Hi Rikard
Thanks for getting back to me – however this css does not seem to have any effect. I did clear cache etc… Any other suggestions?
Best regardsHi Jordan
I think you might have mixed info about wp-login with password for the actual page (password protected) in private content.earlier provided. What I am looking for is a css to hide the arrows “next” and “previous”
Thanks

Hi Victoria
Thanks, that works :-)
One more thing: How do i remove the previous / next arrows that shows up with the iFrames?
Thanks in advance
Hey Ismael
Thanks for getting back to me.
Please find login data etc in private content…
– however, the issue described is not specific for this webpage, it is a general issue for all the sites, I have build with Enfold, so I figured there would be a css code to adjust the size of iframes.
Thanks for looking into it :-)
Best regardsThanks Ismael – perfect, thanks (again) :-)
Hi Rikard
Thanks for getting back – and the css for hiding timeline works just fine :-)Re. point number 2 please ref. to images, I posted in private content when I opened this thread:
The css works fine for the icons themselves, but the change in line height as regards the icons (as you can see in iconlist2.PNG) needs to be the same for the lines of text (the bullets) – the lines of text are no longer on the same line as the icons, and they offcourse should be :-)Hope this clarifies
Best regards and thanks in advance
Hey Rikard
Its a new site I am building for a customer, so I will give you url and login-data in private content.
The iconlist is at default by now.
Thanks
Thanks Ismael
Succes :-)
However: From an earlier solution you also gave me this code to alter – and both alterations still seems needed for the solution to work:
In js/avia.js change: loop: false,
To: loop: false, autoRewind: false,Very best regards
Hi Ismael
Thanks for pointing out which file to adress. And no, I did not modify this code.
How should I modify it ? :-)
Best regards

Hi goldengate415
Thanks for your suggestion – nice with a supportive “community” :-)
However I previously just made a couple of changes to js-files – but the code I am searching for is not there anymore – must have been altered or moved in one of the latest versions, but I am sure someone in support will be able to help.
Best regards
Hi Ismael
Self hosted videos in my clients avia fullwidth slider works again with video player muted :-)
One issue though:
At the end of each video the video sort of rewinds and shows the first frame before slider moves to next slide. It is not supposed to do that – it is a bit confusing ;-)How do I stop the videos from rewinding and showing first frame?. (URL and login data still in private content)
Best regards
CarstenHi again Ismael
I normally used self hosted videos in the fullwidth easy slider – only switched to Vimeo due to the malfunction.
Looking forward to next update and hope for full autoplay functionality.
Thanks again for your commitment to helping
Best regards

Got the same problem – is it possible you could post the solution here as well – or should I start a new thread with login data?
Best regards
May 24, 2018 at 8:31 pm in reply to: SOLVED! Cookie modal window comes with notice: [/av_tab_container] #961830SOLVED
Hi Enfold Team
I had styled the main message – worked like a charm on the first client website – but on the other it called the issue with [/av_tab_container]
– don’t know why – but removing the styling fixed the issues. Now it lookes great! This cookie consent i really a nice feature :-)Thanks – and best regards
Thanks again(!) for your great help Ismael :-)

Hi Ismael
Thanks for following up on this :-)
According to the other user this code made autoplay work (not in the avia/easy fullwidth slider though…)
<video autoplay muted><source src=”movie.mp4″></video>Best regards
