the problem is that when I use that css then the widget is not positioned on the logo level but actually takes a full line width.
I’ll probably leave it for later and disable it for now

RaphaëlMay I add that on a mobile phone the logo, the search button and the shopping cart is all mixed together;
it would be good to have an automatic return to the next line under a certain resolution…also tried a few codes but it looks like it’s incompatible with the way I am setting the widget position.

the webshop is now online,
I If I don’t force the product search area position in the header it works fine
however as soon as I try to position it to the right of the logo I can’t type in any keyword…

for the moment it’s a small icon but eventually it will be a WooCommerce product search button
(just playing with the small icon to avoid messing up the header too much)at present is set to an absolute position
I would like to set the product search area
– size
– align to the right (with wrapping for mobile mode)
– roughly at the logo vertical level
somehow align with the logo but on the right sideis there list of the css parameters that may be used for that ?

I have been able to correct the one line shift. so that part is ok now.I would still like to be able to change the default text in the search bar though.

Is there any plan to add this functionality (widget in logo area) in the theme ?I have tried this but it doesn’t seem to work (no header widget visible in the widgets setup page)

Raphaëlto be honest I was hopping to have a fairly easy way to use woo_new_product_tab_content() outside of function.php I understand there isn’t.
so if there is no further possible help without freelancers then yes you may close it;

yes but, correct me if I am wrong, I can’t “easily” configure an external link behind each picture.
the idea is that for now now it would be linked to external web page, to then be linked to pages on the same domain.it would have been nice to have a semi transparent layer with a little text ( at least that’s what I am trying to get to).

I found the solutions, the “lightbox modal windows” option was unchecked.

I’m trying to do the exact same behavior with Youtube videos than the “music video” part of

The issue is that while clicking on the miniature the youtube video doesn’t pop up in the lightbox but opens the full youtube page.Can you help?
