I think it’s possible if it’s on separate pages.
As for the global code for the modification you wanted, please try this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:

#top .mfp-zoom-in.mfp-bg {
    background-color: white;
}

#top .mfp-content {
    background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.8);
    padding: 0 40px;
}

Please remove this code:

and upload logos of similar size.
You can also try to add this code however this would affect all partner/logos:

#top .avia-logo-element-container .avia-content-slider-inner {
    max-width: 600px;
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
}

Just adjust the max-width value as you see fit.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I checked it, and it seems your site/server has some uploading issues.
I tried to re-upload the web font but it’s not working as well, I tried to upload an image to make sure that there was no uploading issue however the image is not uploaded to the server.
I then turned off caching plugins, enabled maintenance mode and switch to a default WordPress theme and re-uploaded the image however I get the same result.
Please contact your webhost regarding the issue.

The social icons are taking a lot of space in the header, you can either remove them in the header on mobile by adding this CSS code:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
  .responsive #top #wrap_all #header .social_bookmarks {
    display: none;
  }

  .responsive #top .av-logo-container .av_menu_icon_beside {
    border: none;
    margin-right: 0;
    padding-right: 0;
  }
}

Or you can move the social icons from the main header area to the top bar.

It seems like a caching issue as the homepage seems to be fetching CSS which is different from other pages.
