Try to disable plugins, or if there are caching plugins try flushing out the cached files, if that doesn’t help, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Hi,

I checked the page but I couldn’t find this class .rtr-column-link which might be the reason it isn’t working. Try using this css code:

#top .av-layout-grid-container .av_one_third:hover {
    transition: all 0.5s ease-in-out;
    opacity: 0.5;
}
