NikkoHi,
Unfortunately, the site you are working on is not online and we have no way to access it. Can you try to show a screenshot instead?
Best regards,
NikkoHey Lehuashiroma,
Try using this css code instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { max-height: 50px; } }Let us know if this helps :)

NikkoMay 22, 2017 at 11:13 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #797544Hi,
I can confirm it’s working well, I have tested on my end using Enfold 4.0.7, Woocommerce 3.0.7 and WordPress 4.7.5. Can you give us a temporary admin access? so we can check further. You can place the login details in Private Content, so it is only visible to the moderators :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Glad that Mike helped you! Thanks for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey DaveA,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
NikkoHey giorgiosilvia,
I have checked your site and noticed that the blurred images, for example the 2 images on the homepage are blurred because the size selected is the thumbnail size which is 80 x 80px, try to change the size to a bigger one like portfolio size. Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi Simon,
There’s no update atm, Kriesi and our devs are busy with fixing the issues that have been reported earlier than this. We can only assure you that they are working hard to fix the issues as soon as possible. :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey emilgandersson,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top .av-masonry-load-more { margin: 20px auto; width: 300px; float: none; }Just adjust the values as you see fit. Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Please update the theme to the latest version (4.0.7). That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
Don’t forget to make a backup :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi ,
This is a bug on the theme using layerslider on a boxed layout, we have already reported this to Kriesi and our devs. :)

NikkoMay 22, 2017 at 10:07 am in reply to: Advanced Layout Editor Missing (Not in Screen Options) #797510Hi,
Thanks it works when using sftp. It does show some js errors earlier when trying to update a page and flushing the cache which shows white screen and a letter b, had fixed it by using transient cleaner and flushing out cache. I still can’t resolve the lost Avia Layout Editor. I’ll ask my teammates to have a look at this one, as I can’t find anything that’s causing the issue.

NikkoHi,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS:
.postid-7916 #av-tab-section-1 .av-tab-section-tab-title-container { position: fixed; bottom: 0; width: 100%; padding-bottom: 75px; } .postid-7916 #av-tab-section-1 { padding-bottom: 60px; }It would only affect the page in private content. Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Try editing helper-main-menu.php which you can find in enfold/includes/ folder and find this code (line 19):
echo '<a id="advanced_menu_toggle" href="#" '.av_icon_string('mobile_menu').'></a>';and replace it with:
echo '<a id="advanced_menu_toggle" href="#">MENU</a>'; Then add this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling): <pre><code>@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .responsive #top #advanced_menu_toggle { width: auto; padding-left: 10px; padding-right: 10px; } }Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
You can try to search with these keywords get ftp access hostname where you replace hostname with the host where your site resides. For example godaddy has this instruction: https://ph.godaddy.com/help/find-your-ftp-loginusername-4881
I have modified the code you have on functions.php and the problems are the single and double quotes which are reflecting on the frontend. Can you check again and tell us if it works :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi Dario,
Can you elaborate more on auto adjust to content, is that still on tab section? can you post a link to the page where it shows The problem with spaces in the Tab title doesn’t works in Firefox for me…?
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Yes, bullets can’t be selected, the only thing you can do is to select color in the Colors (tab) to black, since the bullets will use the color of what you selected. If you try to highlight the text and change the color in the content editor, it will only change the text color but not the bullets.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
You’re very much welcome. Glad that we could help! Thanks for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Thanks also for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Yes, I could confirm the issue/bug regarding the special character on tab titles and have already reported it to Kriesi and our devs :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Try to edit each Text Block with bullets, click on the Colors (tab), then try to select a custom color, and set it to black. Let us know if this helps :)

Can you post the html code? so we can test it on our end. You can upload it on https://pastebin.com/ and post the link here, you can post it in private content if you only want the link to be visible to the moderators only.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Just to confirm, does it work properly now? :)
Best regards,

NikkoMay 19, 2017 at 9:54 pm in reply to: Blank space between header and layer slider in standard editor #796805Hi,
I have added the code I gave in Quick CSS and it works properly. If there is still a white space appearing on your end, can you give us a screenshot and probably tell us what browser you used so we can try to check it using same browser as you do :)
Best regards,
