Hi,

You can try to just move that version to the parent folder of themes folder for example wp-content, so the theme won’t be fetched by wordpress :)

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.

But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

The reason I ask to create a separate thread since Private Content is visible to moderators and the thread creator, I have already removed the login and ftp details and I think it’s not necessary anymore since you have similar issue with @julianyoung and can reproduce the issue on my end.

Thanks for providing the access, it seems like Auto adjust content isn’t compatible with other columns being put inside but it works properly when no Layout Elements is added inside the tab section, I have tried to make a fix with css but nothing is working, I will report this to Kriesi and our devs.

Each module have different properties/attributes sometimes there are modules that are best to use on what we want to achieve. :)

Hi Oliver and aeroslo,

Can you create a separate thread and give us ftp and temporary admin access, as well as permission to deactivate any/all plugins for few minutes, so we can try to debug and check further on the issue you are having. Just place the details in Private Content when you reply. A separate thread is needed because Private Content is visible only to moderators and creator of the thread.

Hi,

Please modify this file tab_section.php which can be found in: wp-content\themes\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\ folder, replace all of its content with this code: https://pastebin.com/fLLPHSqU this should fix the firefox and the special character issue.

Hi,

I have checked it and I can confirm the issue on your end, but could not reproduce the issue when I tested this on my end using WordPress 4.8 and Enfold 4.0.7, can you give us ftp access and permission to deactivate any/all plugins for few minutes? just to debug and isolate the issue. I’m not sure what’s causing the problem since the console doesn’t show any js errors.
