Hey aribann,

For the background color you can modify it in Enfold > General Styling > Logo Area (tab) > Alternate Background color, and change the color.
For the size and font color, you can modify it in Enfold > Advanced Styling > then edit Main Menu sublevel Links.
For the remaining properties you have listed, you will need to use Quick CSS in Enfold > General Styling and write some css codes.

#header_meta span {
    color: #fff;
}

and for links:

#header_meta a {
    color: #fff;
}

As a temporary fix try editing this file: enfold/js/shortcodes.js and find this code (line 2906-2910):

Replace it with:

I have checked it and alignment seems to be okay, can you elaborate more on the issue? screenshot on your end would be helpful. If it’s the spacing between those menu items (buttons), try adding this code in Quick CSS:

}
