Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

We are not familiar with the plugin that you have mentioned. Can you try to switch to the default wordpress theme like twentyseventeen and check if the plugin still works or not. If it doesn’t try to contact the support for that plugin as they can help you better with it.

This is done. I have added this on the Custom Css Class: one-seventh on all 1/5 columns and have created 2 1/2 columns and added the Custom Css Class. Then added this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

#top .flex_column.one-seventh {
    clear: none !important;
    margin: 0 !important;
    width: 14.28% !important;
}

Yes, it will add it to every contact form, if you want to limit it, you can use wordpress conditional tags to the filter: https://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags
to specifically run it on specific pages. Hope this helps.

I just tested the contact form using ALB or via magic want but it works on my end, can you give us temporary admin access? as well as the login link of your site, and the page mentioned that has this issue, so we can check the backend. Just post the details in private content so it is only visible to the moderators and you (thread creator).
