Hey danielromanin,
I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve, can you try to elaborate more.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
I don’t think on of us here made that, maybe Assets is a child theme which uses Enfold as a parent theme.
Best regards,
NikkoHey Ghallab,
1. Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
.sidebar_right .inner_sidebar { margin-left: 30px; }2. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi Maurizio,
Glad to hear that. Thanks for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey farahjanjua,
Can you post a link to your site? so we can check the issue.

NikkoHey famewebdesign,
Yes, you can set a fallback image in the Color Section to display on mobile device.

NikkoHi,
If you have a caching plugin, please try to flush out the cache or disable css minification temporarily if you have one :)

NikkoHi,

NikkoHey Raffaello1996,
Yes, it’s possible. Can you post a link to your site with 3 widgets? (you can post the link in private content if you don’t want it to be shows to others). Also let us know if how big should the 2 bigger widgets be? maybe estimate in percentage.

NikkoJanuary 21, 2018 at 6:33 pm in reply to: Can't expand WordPress Boxes in WooCommerce Product #900414Hey kopf-und-stift,
For some reason the page you are referring has this error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)However, other pages doesn’t show this, it’s a bit weird why it’s only on that single page, the only thing that I could suggest would be to recreate that product page.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
You can type in regular html link code in the table for example:
<a href="#">Link</a>Best regards,
NikkoHi,
The first link uses grid row which uses 100% of the width of the browser, while the 2nd link doesn’t and is contained within a maximum width of 1130px.
Best regards,
NikkoHey pddcoms,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
.home #av_section_1 { min-height: 50px; }Hope this helps :)

NikkoHi,
Can you give us temporary admin access and ftp access? so we can try to check it for you. Just post the details in private content.

NikkoHi,
Let us know if you need further assistance :)

NikkoHey pddcoms,
Can you post a screenshot? I can’t see how the area is moved down and in top. As for the cursor can’t be clicked it’s because of the header widgets interferring, as for the 2 widgets, it can be fixed by adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#header .widget { padding: 0 !important; top: 52px; } #header .widget_text { top: 24px !important; }As for the links on the right, you need to replace this image (link in private content), crop the image to include on the button and not the extra whitespace.

NikkoJanuary 21, 2018 at 5:51 pm in reply to: integrate blog elements into a portfolio element page #900403Hey ADAGE,
I do think it’s possible, unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Stephan,
The layerslider bundled in the Enfold theme is updated only during theme updates, however if you have purchased layerslider plugin (stand-alone) and want to use it, you can deactivate layerslider bundled in Enfold by following the instructions on this post: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/deactivate-the-layerslider-plugin/ then install and activate the stand-alone version of layerslider in plugins. :)

NikkoHey mantas0527,
The search is located inside the popup menu when burger menu is clicked, would it be okay if we just have the logo centered and burger menu on the left?
Best regards,
NikkoHey yaelbar,

NikkoHi,
I have checked it and the reason it’s not showing is there’s currently no published product with a category, try publishing a product with a specific category and that category should show up on the shortcode.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Thanks for providing the ftp access, I have added this css code in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .tribe-events-event-image a img { margin: 12px auto 0 !important; } }However it seems to be cached and the css code applied does not reflect on the frontend, can you try to flush out the cache.
