I have checked your site and the problem is on the child theme, I have tested it using the parent theme and it works fine, however when using the child theme it doesn’t work anymore.

You can see it in index.old (previously index.php) file in your root directory. Your site is back and the backend can be accessed now :)

Hi,

I’m not really sure what caused it, there are lots of factors that can affect it, probably the connection was interrupted in the middle of the update or the server had some issues or temporarily down for a moment. If there are logs, you can check for errors which may help you identify what caused the issue.

After backup, you can try to update the theme, if it fails try updating via ftp: https://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold

You can always put your site in maintenance mode while doing the update.

Yes, there’s a popup box that would appear when you click on Reset All Options button to confirm that you really meant to reset the settings and prevent accidental resetting of the settings.
