Hi,
Glad we could help. Thanks for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Mickeyboy000,
Sure, do you still have access to the database of your site? this should help: http://wpcrux.com/blog/change-wordpress-password-phpmyadmin/
if you can provide us cpanel access, we should be able to help. You can post the details in private content so it’s only visible to us (moderators) and you (thread creator).Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Glad that Victoria helped you. Thanks for using Enfold! :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Charlotte,
Try using around 1600px width, the height should just accordingly. Also try to compress your images, you can try to use plugins or compress it here: https://tinypng.com/
I checked your site in pingdom and this is the result: https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/qpgTA/http://www.hotelladdict.se/ the total page size is: 38.91 MB and the size of all images sum-up to 38.17 MB, which makes it very slow.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Glad that Rikard helped you :) Let us know if you need further assistance or if we can close this thread.

NikkoHey Malene,
It’s possible but Enfold doesn’t have that feature, try checking the solution posted in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/making-a-sidebar-widget-sticky/#post-477827 or the instructions on this post: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-create-a-sticky-floating-sidebar-widget-in-wordpress/
Hope it helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHey creativeopole,
Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
.products .product.first { clear: none !important; }Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Zest,
It might not be the best solution but this might help, try enabling Avia Layout Debugger: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, create a temporary/test page, use Avia Layout Builder and drag elements you want to use in the widget. Below the content area there should be shortcodes appearing, copy those shortcodes and use it in widgets. Hope this would help.
Best regards,
NikkoHi info224,
Yeah, no worries :) Just post back here once the migration is done so we can check on it.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Can you give us ftp access? so we can try to check further and try to debug, just make a backup first :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey AndreasSeydell,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { #wpadminbar li#wp-admin-bar-wp-logo, #wpadminbar li#wp-admin-bar-bp-login { display: block !important; } }Hope this helps :)

Hi,
I checked your site and I think it’s difficult to have that adjust in responsive version, can you instead hide it on mobile in Screen Settings, then create new set of tables for example below this heading “BOGFØRING – PAKKE EKSEMPLER” you have 5 columns table (hide this on mobile) then create 4 tables with 2 columns (1 table for: Du bogfører selv, Lille, Mellem, Stor) hide this on desktop and medium sized devices and show on mobile. Hope this idea helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
.home #av_section_1 .container { opacity: 1 !important; }Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHey snitt,
I think it’s possible using hooks, what you want to achieve would take a lot of time and outside the scope of our support. But maybe this idea would help, you would need to use a child theme ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ ), need a plugin that produces the feedbox and use the shortcode provided by that plugin and use this hook:
wp_nav_menu_itemsHope this is helpful :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey unicaweb,
I have checked the page and it seems this is already done when you added this css code:
.slide-meta { display: none!important; }Let us know if you need further assistance :)

NikkoHi,
No worries :) Thanks for providing the link, can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top .avia_ajax_form select option { color: #000; }Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
That’s great, hope migration runs smoothly without any issues :)
Thanks for giving us ftp access, however you forgot to include the ftp password.Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Thanks, the username in the config file is wrong but the one you posted in private content is right, and encryption should be Only Use Plain FTP and ftp works fine :)
I have found out that you are still using php 5.4.45, Enfold requires atleast php 5.6.3, I would suggest that or 7.0. Hope this helps :)

Hi Amanda,
Unfortunately we do need the purchase code in order for you to create an account to our forum. We can try to check your site (just put the link in private content) and if it’s something that won’t take a lot of time we can try to help, but if it takes some time and does cover the scope of our support, we would suggest that you register first on our forum. :)

@media only screen and (max-width:1124px) { #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } #avia-menu .av-burger-menu-main { display: block; } }Hope this helps.

NikkoHi Lara,
There are too many menu items in your main menu, would it be okay if you group some of them and make them submenu? or widen the container by adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top .container.av-logo-container { max-width: 100%; }Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Amanda,
Thanks for contacting us.
If you have access to the themeforest account used to purchase the theme, you should be able to find the purchase code. To locate the purchase code, you can refer to this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-theme-issues-and-cant-find-the-purchase-code-on-the-licence-download/
Hope this helps.Best regards,
