I have set the Header visibility and transparency of the 3 pages you want the menu to appear from Hide header on this page to No Transparency, then removed the first grid which contains the dark line and updated the page. Then added this css code in your Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

}

If you check the code they have a pattern and what changed is the .page-id-x where x is the page id number, if you need to add more pages just use the same pattern or you can ask us for assistance :)

Hi,

I asked to change the height to 80px since the logo is stretched or shrinked depending on the Custom px value that is set. Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

#top #header_main > .container,

#top #header_main #menu-item-shop .cart_dropdown_link {
    height: 55px !important;
    line-height: 55px !important;
}

Please disable caching for the meantime as we are trying to resolve it, so the site will fetch the new css tweaks.

I believe you are referring to the 3 masonry images that looked cropped, can you try this settings in your Masonry:
Columns: 3 Columns
Size Settings: Perfect Grid
Orientation: Wide Landscape

The widget is now showing the problem was the shop page’s Sidebar Settings was set to No Sidebar, I have set it to Right Sidebar and it works fine. I have removed your admin and cpanel access for security purposes since it is visible to the thread creator which isn’t you in this case (that’s why we ask users to create a separate thread when asking for access) and us moderators, please change your passwords also. Thanks for doing what is instructed, try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

}

Just replace image_url with the link of your logo/image. Let us know if this helps :)

Hi,

I see, the problem was 700 font weight on Montserrat font isn’t called on other pages except for the homepage (thanks to the layerslider). I have added this stylesheet:

<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Montserrat:700" rel="stylesheet">

in Enfold > Google Services > Google Analytics Tracking Code :) If you need to add you google tracking code you can put it below the code ;)

if that doesn’t help try this instead:

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
