Hi,

If you haven’t made any changes on the Enfold theme, like modifying some of its files, if you made modifications via Quick CSS or in Theme Options, then no child theme is needed :) but as Rikard said, please do make a backup first before updating.

Hi,

You can add it inside this media query, to make it only applicable on mobile:

```
combined with Rikard’s code, it should look like this:

as for reducing the size, I think it’s already small, but you can adjust the font size instead to reduce the size.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
  ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hey fottaviano89,

I tried to modify your header.php via Appearance > Editor however I couldn’t make the change there and would need atleast ftp access, so we can access your files and make changes. If you’re having a hard time with ftp, can you give us cpanel access instead? just change the password after the issue is resolved.

Can you try to flush out the cache, disable css minification and turn off caching? I have checked the theme but it doesn’t have the style in the screenshot, I also checked in my local install and didn’t have that style.
