Hi G,
I’m not really sure what went wrong however, I can assure you that the hook still works.
Can you give us a link to your site? and also ftp access, so we can try to check it and debug.
Just post the details in private content, so it’s visible only to the moderators and you.Best regards,
NikkoHi Illingco,
Thanks for giving us the link to your site, I have checked the homepage and it seems you have already changed it, however other pages can’t be checked.
Your access to this site has been limited
We also don’t want to mess with what you have already built, maybe you can create a stage site where we can try to import demo and check on it, though I would suggest also to create a new thread for it so you can post the login details in private content, where it will be shown only to moderators and the thread creator.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Can you try to set PHP Post Max Size to atleast 16Mb? recommended is 32Mb and up.
Also, please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension, so zipped files can be extracted when being imported to your site.
You can check this information by logging in as administrator to your site and go to the link in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHi kikosanchezestudio,
Glad that we could help :)
Please feel free to comeback if you need further assistance.Thanks for using Enfold and have a great weekend :)

NikkoHi helban,
Thanks for giving us the admin access, I have tried to switch it to the parent theme and it does work fine, however when enabling the child theme back it does have that issue.
I checked the files in your child theme and noticed that you have override avia.js in the child theme, that avia.js file might need to be updated also to work properly.
Hope this information helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi seykom,
Thanks for giving us the admin access, I have added this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { #top.home .flex_column.av_two_fifth.avia-builder-el-5 { margin-top: -100px !important; } }
Let us know if you need further assistance :)

NikkoApril 20, 2018 at 10:23 am in reply to: Layout Builder > Content Element > Table = wrong formated in mobile view #944523Hi,
That’s looking great!
Glad that we could help and that you made a better progress than what I posted :) It’s a difficult though when using tables for both desktop and mobile devices, since different scenarios would need a different type of tweak, but please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Thanks, I have checked it and I don’t see any js error and not really sure what’s causing it. Can you try to disable all plugins and check again, if that doesn’t work please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi,

https://kriesi.at/support/topic/import-demo-files-does-not-work/#post-576976It might help, if not please give us ftp access, so we can check further and try to debug.

NikkoApril 19, 2018 at 4:05 pm in reply to: Error 500 and 502 after updating WordPress and Enfold #944143Hey Catch-24,
If you recently updated enfold theme to 4.2.6 and get an HTTP 500 error here is what you should do to resolve this issue:
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Update the PHP version being used by your hosting server to PHP 7 by getting in touch with your hosting company.
Access your site with FTP or log in to your control panel and access the site via File Manager and perform the below steps:
3. Replace the header.php file in wp-content/themes/enfold folder with an updated version of the header.php file.
4. Access your WordPress site root folder and rename the current .htaccess file to .htaccess.bak. Login to WordPress admin area go to settings > permalinks > select “Post name” and save changes.
5. Define a higher memory limit in WordPress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server.
To increase the WordPress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
For a detailed explanation please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.If none of the above works for you please go ahead and delete the “enfold” folder in wp-content/themes/ and upload a fresh copy of the “enfold” theme files.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Since there was no reply here, I think I’m the first one to have checked, I have checked again and saw that Enfold was broken, you can check here at the bottom: http://laurazen.com/wp-admin/themes.php
The error is:Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
Can you give us ftp access also, so we can try to enable debug and check the files.
Best regards,
NikkoHey Nick,
Can you post a link to your site? so we can take a closer look and try to give you css code that should work.

.avia-table-1 td:nth-of-type(1):before { content: 'Rahmen'; }
please try to remove it then, in add this css code:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .responsive .avia_responsive_table .avia-data-table tr:first-child th{ display: block; } }
Hope this helps :)

NikkoHi,
You can check your server’s firewall or if you have cpanel, you can check for IP Deny Manager, a range of ip address might be denied.
If it’s not there, please try to give us ftp access, so we can check further.Best regards,
NikkoHey mohan_bailan,
Thanks for giving us the admin access, I have checked your site and got this error when trying to import manually:
Sorry, there has been an error. The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
You need to increase your upload_max_filesize, try check this post: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/
if it doesn’t work, you might need to ask your webhost to assist on it.Best regards,
NikkoHi,
I have moved your login credentials in private content, so it can only be seen by moderators, I have checked your site and the reason it’s not showing the featured image in the single portfolio page is you are using the Advanced Layout Builder, if you use the default editor it would show up, however when using ALB, the page will be blank and it only shows what you have added inside the builder, since you are using it, I would suggest using the Image element to add the image back.
Best regards,

NikkoHey whdsolutions,
Yes, you can create layer behind text and button, go to styles (tab), adjust the size and then change the background color and opacity. Here is a screenshot which shows where it is located, the red box inside the bigger red box in the screenshot shows where you can adjust opacity/transparency.
Hope it helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHey Luisgasser,

@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { #top .sidebar_right > .container { display: flex; flex-direction: column-reverse; } .responsive #top #main .sidebar { display: block !important; border-color: transparent; } .responsive #top #main .sidebar .inner_sidebar { margin-left: 0; } }
Hope it helps :)
