Can you try to switch the theme to a default wordpress theme like twenty seventeen and try if it helps.
If that doesn’t help, please try to check the permissions on your plugins folder.
Does this happen to all plugins as well? or just this specific plugin?

Hey frosch178,

To delete unneeded photos just go to Media > Library > click Bulk Select button > select Images > click Delete Selected button.
As for uploading pictures Media > Add New can be used.
The picture folder you might be looking for is the uploads folder which should also be in the htdocs folder but you would need to go first to your site’s root directory > wp-content > uploads. Going to Media > Add New should allow you to drop files to upload meaning you can upload multiple files at once, I would suggest uploading images inside the WP Dashboard so the path is saved in the database. Hope this helps :)

I have checked your site and can confirm the issue. I do see a lot of errors in the console.
Can you try to disable Woocommerce Upload Files plugin since it’s throwing this error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: wcuf_exists_at_least_one_upload_field_bounded_to_gateway is not defined

If that doesn’t help, if you have other woocommerce addon plugins, please try to disable it also.

Hey kenwae,

Can you try to remove the enfold theme completely in the themes folder then install Enfold 4.3.
That should fix the issue. If that doesn’t help please give us a ftp access and a link to your site so we can check further.
You can post the details in private content so it’s only visible to the moderators.

The bug has been reported to Kriesi and our devs.
The self hosted video doesn’t have any option to add video background image as it should generate it.
For the meantime, can you try to modify this file: enfold > framework > php > function-set-avia-frontend.php and go to line 581 which should have this code:

$output .= '<video class="avia_video" '.$image.' controls id="'.$uid.'" >';

and replace it with:

$output .= '<video class="avia_video" '.$image.' controls id="'.$uid.'" preload="metadata" >';
