Hey theepicurienne,
The layout used in the link you gave is Grid Row using only 2 columns, where half of it has a background image and the other half is using different elements.
If that doesn’t answer your question or just partially, let us know.
Hope it helps. :)Best regards,
NikkoHey tosmedia,
Yes the url is incorrect. I have tested this on my end and it works properly so I couldn’t report this as a bug.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHey ClareBDM,
Can you give us a screenshot or mockup of what you want to achieve?
Maybe a link to a page of your site that you want it applied would also help us know more of the context.
You can post it in private content, if you want the link to be seen only by moderators.Best regards,
NikkoMay 10, 2018 at 4:32 pm in reply to: Single post with big preview image – retain aspect ratio #954646Hi ac,
Can you try using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Then go to Settings > Media then find this size: entry_with_sidebar then set Cropping to No then update.
At the bottom click the Regenerate thumbnail button and wait for it to finish.
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi DROR,
Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#bbpress-forums #bbp-user-body { margin-right: 0 !important; } #bbpress-forums #bbp-single-user-details { margin-left: 20px; }
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHey DROR,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
.bbp-login-form .bbp-username, .bbp-login-form .bbp-email, .bbp-login-form .bbp-password, .bbp-login-form .bbp-remember-me, .bbp-login-form .bbp-submit-wrapper { text-align: right; } #top .bbp_widget_login .bbp-submit-wrapper { float: right !important; margin-right: 0 !important; }
Hope it helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi Roland,
To make the logo show up in the left side, you can go to Enfold > Header > Menu and Logo Position and set this to Logo Left in the dropdown.
As for having an image on the right, you can use our suggestion in the documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHey scampbase,
Thanks for giving us admin access, you forgot to include the link to your site luckily in your screenshot the url/src of the image shows up ;)
This is now fixed, the issue was the url was wrong (url replaced):http://www.https://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/BC-logo-1-300x138.png
I just removed this part: http://www. and it was showing properly :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Davide,
When Avia Layout Builder is enabled the page resets and only the elements/modules used inside the builder are the only ones to appear on the page, so comments would be removed.
Inside the Content Elements try to use Comments to the page, let us know if this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi ditteditte,
Yes, that option is also available in the new Performance settings.
Glad that you figured it out and thanks for sharing the solution that worked for you.
Thanks for using Enfold :)Best regards,
NikkoHi creativeyes,
I have applied this code to http://dentists.theimplantexperts.com/
@media only screen and (max-width:479px) { .html_header_top.html_header_sticky body#top #wrap_all #main { padding-top: 0 !important; } }
It also worked. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
NikkoHi martabujan,
Thanks for giving us the link.
Can you try the solution posted on our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/remove-image-titles-that-show-up-when-you-hover-on-images/
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Overhaulics,
Thanks for giving us ftp access.
It’s fixed now, I have set Disabling of template builder elements to Always load all elements found in Enfold > Performance settings.
Let us know if it’s good on your end as well or if you need further assistance :)Best regards,
NikkoMay 10, 2018 at 2:44 pm in reply to: new minify / merging for css and js (avia-merged-styles) problem #954586Hi hotspot,
Have you tried to update it to the latest version 4.3.1?
This should have a backend option (Enfold > Performance) where you can disable it.Best regards,
NikkoHi DaFool71,
Can we ask for the ftp username as well?
I have tried the same username you gave for admin access, but it doesn’t work, please check.Best regards,
NikkoHi Dan,
Thanks for giving us ftp access. I have checked your site and it seems to be back though it does look messy.
Can you give us admin access as well so we can try to test install it for you.
Just post the login credentials in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHi agolden85,
I could say it’s more of incompatability of the plugin profile builder with Enfold and not WordPress. I don’t think the theme will adapt with the plugin as there are lots out there and we do make it compatible with the really popular plugins out there like woocommerce but Please feel free to request – or vote if already requested – such feature on Enfold feature request form.
Can you try to create a stage site instead: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
And give us both admin and ftp access with it, so we can try to make a work-around.
We could not assure you anything since this outside the scope of our support but we’ll still try to help you as much as we can.Best regards,
NikkoHi hackoffseries,
I checked on it again and it seems the code I gave you also causes some issues, please try to remove the height and width from this code:
#top.home #av_section_1 .av-section-video-bg iframe { width: 100%!important; height: 115% !important; top: 0 !important; -webkit-transform: scale(1) !important; -ms-transform: scale(1) !important; transform: scale(1) !important; }
to:
#top.home #av_section_1 .av-section-video-bg iframe { top: 0 !important; -webkit-transform: scale(1) !important; -ms-transform: scale(1) !important; transform: scale(1) !important; }
Let us know if this helps.
Btw, I’m using FHD and removing that code in web inspector makes the video show the whole screen without any blank spaces on the sides.Best regards,
NikkoHi CColeman88,
Probably it’s because of the caching, can you try to flush out the cache, since I could not see the code before being reflected.
If that doesn’t work try going to Enfold > Performance > CSS file merging and compression set to Disable – no CSS file merging and compression and before saving try to check: Delete old CSS and JS files?
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi BlackThundarr,
Thanks for sharing the work-around that you made, we really appreciate it and it would really be helpful to everyone who needs help with this current issue. :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi Achim,
I am getting this error in the console (I replaced the url for security purposes):
Access to Font at 'https://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/fonts/entypo-fontello.woff' from origin 'https://test.yoursite.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://test.yoursite.com' is therefore not allowed access.
Please try to do what’s instructed on our documentation and that should fix it: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/
Hope it helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Pascoflair,
The default wordpress themes are those that comes with wordpress (they are named after the years like twentyseventeen, twentyfifteen).
Switching the theme will make your site look different, you can use maintenance plugin to have your site in maintenance mode first before doing this. I was suggesting it since I most likely think that the issue is more on your hosting/server or probably the plugin and not really related with Enfold, this way we could know which is the cause of the issue and point you to the right direction :)Best regards,
NikkoHi goodinkcreative,
Glad that hear that!
Please feel free to comeback if you need further assistance :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi agolden85,
I apologize for my mistake.
There’s conflict with the jquery functions, it’s hard to make a workaround it.
You can download Enfold 4.2.6 from the link in private content. Please only keep the link to yourself.
It will expire in 30 days.Best regards,
NikkoHi jnightingale,
How did you update Enfold? is it via ftp?
Can you try to extract the zip file first then go to the extracted folder and find enfold.zip file and use it to upload.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi two_worlds,
I have checked it and noticed that there were some missing files, I tried to replace the via ftp however it was taking so long and getting disconnected and not completing the transfer.
I tried also upload via Appearance > Themes but I’m getting this error:The link you followed has expired.
The solution I could find for it is: https://ph.godaddy.com/community/Managing-WordPress/Wordpress-theme-upload-error-quot-The-link-you-followed-has/td-p/101292#messageview_8
Can you adjust those settings so we can try to fix the layerslider issue.Best regards,
NikkoHi DaFool71,
We apologize for the late response.
I have checked your site and the issue that prevents your site from working properly is this error:Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
Can you also give us ftp access? as well as permission to temporarily disable your plugins just to isolate the issue.
Best regards,
NikkoHi BlackThundarr,
Thanks for providing the information, we have checked this and can confirm the issue and we already reported this bug.
We apologize for the inconvenience but for the meantime set the link manually for the product that doesn’t appear but rest assured that Kriesi and our devs will be working on fixing this issue :)Best regards,
NikkoHi hackoffseries,
I don’t recommend using this value:
height: 110vh !important;
since it would exceed more than 100% of the height of the screen however if that works for you then I think you can keep it that way. as for the 4k resolution and probably screens that are large as well, try adding this code:
@media only screen and (min-width:1920px) { .home #wrap_all #av_section_1 { height: 100vh !important; } }
this code would affect screen resolutions of 1920px and above.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi creativeyes,
I have replaced the code I gave on your site and changed it to:
@media only screen and (max-width:479px) { .html_header_top.html_header_sticky body#top #wrap_all #main { padding-top: 0 !important; } }
It works now, let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Nikko -
