Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hi martabujan,

I just checked the link and it’s pretty clear on what file you need to add the code:

It is a browser feature but it is possible to hide them by adding following code to Functions.php file of your child theme in Appearance > Editor

Just place the code at the bottom of functions.php, you can check it via Appearance > Editor in the WP Dashboard. If you have access to ftp, you can also find it there.

It can be done by going to Enfold > Performance then in CSS file merging and compression set this to Disable – no CSS file merging and compression
then check Delete old CSS and JS files? check on the frontend and it worked fine and showing the css code coming from style.css. I removed the css code in Enfold > General Styling after this and enabled css compression again and unchecked Delete old CSS and JS Files. :)

Can you give us a link to your site/page where we can see the social icon? or atleast tell us what social icon you’re using since there are lots of social icons you might be using.
So we can give you css codes that should change this behavior. You can post the link in private content if you want it to be seen only by moderators.

Hey farangsamui,

To import it manually, you can go to Tools > Import > select WordPress and click on the Install Now link below it then click on Run Importer after, then upload the xml file.
You should see this xml file in enfold > includes > admin > demo_files folder if you extract the zip file you have downloaded from themeforest.

You should see it in Media > Library.
The link you gave is local only to your computer thus we could not access it.
Can you give us a screenshot on your homepage where the slider of construction demo appears and also screenshot of your Media library? so we can atleast know what it looks on your end.

In Performance settings at the bottom there’s this checkbox: Delete old CSS and JS files? try to check it and save and flush out cache if you have.

Does the image on the construction demo show on your site as well? if that appears, you should see it in Media Library as well.
If images have failed to be imported on your site it’s a different issue. It will be a bit hassle but the solution I could think is either reimport the demo again or just grab the images from the demo site: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-construction/

Hey brunet77,

You should find it in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images.
You might need to reupload the image to crop it to the size changed, however if you have a lot of images to be changed you can use plugins such as regenerate thumbnails to do it.

Can you give us a link to the category page mentioned? category pages by default should show articles as long as there are post in that category.
