Try adding this css code at the bottom of QUick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
  .responsive.html_bottom_nav_header.html_cart_at_menu #top #wrap_all .main_menu {
    right: -10% !important;
  }
}

Flushing out cache maybe needed if you have a caching plugin.

I understand, please try to create a stage site (basically just a duplicate of your site which is placed in a subdomain), this way you can experiment or debug your site without affecting your live site.

You can disable it in the settings of your Autoptimize plugin and W3 Total Cache plugin.
For autoptimize plugin you can go to Settings > Autoptimize (or if you’re logged in you can just click on the link in private content). Then uncheck Optimize CSS Code? and click on Save Changes and Empty Cache button.
For w3 total cache, go to Performance > Minify > CSS minify settings: and save, then go to Performance > General Settings > uncheck Page Cache and click on Save Settings and Purge Cache button.

Hi Dogmut,

Installing the editor Rikard mentioned disables the new wordpress editor ‘Gutenberg’, which causes a lot of issue on a lot of sites/themes/page builders.
Wordpress recommended installing the plugin, to disable the new editor and enable the old classic editor that we love in WordPress 4.9.8 :D
Anyway, just glad that it’s all sorted out.

Hi Roger,

I don’t see any screen shaking on my end and have compared the link you posted with other pages and it does behave the same.
I can see though a split second of image being fetched, enabling preloader in the theme option might help, go to Enfold > Theme Options > (then check) Page Preloading.

Hey shaevy,

Wordpress 5.0’s gutenberg editor might be causing the issue.
Can you try to install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ ? this should disable gutenberg editor and use the old default editor in WP 4.9.8
