Hi metafora29,
I’m working in Philippines and yes, I can visualize it since I can see the page you gave and I can test the code with web inspector.
I have posted a screenshot on your tab section with issue and fixed it by adding the code I posted above (screenshot link in private content).Best regards,
NikkoHi wealthyone,
I have made some modifications with enfold-blog demo, can you check if this is what you’d like to have: https://imgur.com/WAQVFGB
Best regards,
NikkoHi toniface,
Try replacing it with this code:
$this->output = '<form action="'.$params['action'].'" method="post" onsubmit="gtag(\'event\', \'Envío solicitud de contacto\', { \'event_category\': \'contactar\', \'event_action\': \'Botón enviar\'});" '.$form_data.' class="'.$form_class.' '.$extraClass.'" data-avia-form-id="'.$this->formID.'" '.$redirect.'><fieldset>';
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi dasemarc,
I can see it properly on my end, here is a screenshot (link in private content).
Can you try to clear the browser cache?Best regards,
NikkoHi DesignProvider,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The tab section seems fixed now, if not, can we ask for a screenshot on how it looks on your end? maybe clearing out the browser cache will help.
As for the google maps, you’re seeing that “for development purposes only” because google maps isn’t free anymore and they restrict access to it now, you’ll need to put in the billing details on your google account that’s connected with the api key you’re using with the google maps.Best regards,
NikkoHi getfred,
Do you have a caching plugin? if yes, please flush out the cache.
The code isn’t fetched in the frontend, I have posted a screenshot of it (link in private content).
I have tested the code with web inspector and it should be working.Best regards,
NikkoHi ihtezaz,
Glad that we could help :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Anton,

Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,

I have checked some of your pages and I was able to see the content.
I have posted a screenshot showing this (link in private content)Best regards,
NikkoHi AudioVoice,
You can post it in https://imgur.com/ or any online image sharing sites like dropbox.
Then you can post the link here, if you want to keep it private, there’s a private content section where you can put the link.Best regards,
NikkoHi vsbo,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
Try to add this css code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:#top .avia-logo-grid .no-logo-slider-heading { display: none; }

NikkoHi wealthyone,
I thought what you were trying to achieve was the first link you gave (private content) and I made a screenshot showing why I thought it was boxed layout that you’d like.
This is the demo that uses boxed layout: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-blog/
Do you perhaps want it to be something like the Latest News and Tour Dates in: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-band/ ?Best regards,
NikkoHi wealthyone,
Thanks, I apologize I forgot that there is an existing option for this.
First thing you’ll need is to use a Boxed Layout.
You can change this in Enfold > General Layout > Layout (tab) > Use stretched or boxed layout? > Boxed Layout, then save.
Go to Enfold > General Styling > Body background > Background Image > Upload custom image.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey Joseph oduor,
Please post a question related to the theme.
I’ll be closing this thread.Best regards,
NikkoHi haines1,
Can you try to do this process? make sure to have a backup first.
1. Switch to a default wordpress theme like twentynineteen
2. Delete the Enfold theme
3. Upload the latest version of Enfold (enfold.zip) then set it as the active theme again.Best regards,
NikkoHey Piamq,
Google map isn’t free any more and has a restricted usage.
And you’re seeing the “For development purposes only” watermark because the account connected with the API key should have it’s billing details filled in.
Once you have done so it should be working again.
You can check here for more information with their pricing: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/Best regards,
NikkoHey PIX3L_r,
Thanks for giving us the link to the site.
It doesn’t give any information however try to enable wordpress debugging: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
It should atleast tell you what’s causing the error that prevents the page from being loaded.Best regards,
NikkoHey Robin,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager > then remove the extra font aside from the Default Font.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey neilpreston26,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I think based on your slider, the best slider that you should use is Layerslider and choose it’s responsive version.Best regards,
NikkoMarch 6, 2019 at 8:14 am in reply to: Cannot block thumbnail featured image from displaying on post page #1075369Hey kdhillon,
Can you give us a screenshot of where that option appears?
The featured image is a wordpress feature and it might be because of the wordpress update.Best regards,

Can you try adding this code in functions.php:
add_filter('avf_builder_boxes', 'add_builder_to_posttype'); function add_builder_to_posttype($metabox) { foreach($metabox as &$meta) { if($meta['id'] == 'avia_builder' || $meta['id'] == 'layout') { $meta['page'][] = 'tribe_events'; /*instead add the name of the custom post type here*/ } } return $metabox; }
Best regards,
