Hi trestange,

In the layout that you’re using, featured image uses 1210px in width and 423px in height, then crops the excess.
Here’s how it works (width x height):
1st image -> original: 473 x 482, resized to: 473 x 423
2nd image -> original: 758 x 577, resized to: 758 x 423
3rd image -> original: 1600 x 1054, resized to: 1210 x 423
The size can be changed however, if we use the default values, then please use featured image that has a width of 1210px or more and height of 423px or more to get consistent result.

Thanks for giving us admin access as well as cpanel access.
It seems the problem is that the space allotted has exceeded, here’s the error:
Unable to write wp-config.php.
Error opening wp-config.php for writing: Disk quota exceeded.

Try to remove some of the unnecessary files and try to check again.

It is now fixed, I have changed Javascript File Merging And Compression from Enable – merge and compress all theme javascript files to Use minified theme javascript files without merging in Enfold > Performance.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I tried to change some settings and it seems to work properly, here’s the following changes I made:
– Logo changed from http to https.
– Custom background image changed from http to https.
– I changed the Logo Area font color (and returned it to its original color)
Can you give us steps you made? so we can try to test it as well.

I have checked your site and I don’t see Rikard’s code when I inspected it.
Are you using a caching plugin? please try to flush out the cache.
If that doesn’t help, please try to disable CSS File Merging And Compression in Enfold > Performance.

I checked on your site and it seems to have a headline rotator and button below it, which seems to match what you mentioned you’re trying to achieve (although it’s a bit clumped up).

It seems that on mobile it has a top padding of 150px, if you make both top and bottom padding equal, it should look good.

Please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension and that should fix the issue.
You can verify if it’s enabled or disabled by going to the link in private content.
You can enable it via cPanel here’s a guide on how to enable it: https://bobcares.com/blog/enable-php-zip-extension-cpanel/ or you can request help from your hosting provider to enable this feature and the issue should be fixed.

Hi Cocoa,

If you are referring to featured image which is used in Portfolio Grid/Masonry, then unfortunately, that is not possible.
But if you are referring to the portfolio page where you used Advanced Layout Builder, then you can use Element Visibility (located in Advanced > Responsive, when you edit the Grid Row or Color Section) to set if you want it to show on desktop, tablet or mobile. I hope it helps.

Thanks for providing the link and admin access.
I have made changes on the link you gave.
These are the things I did on that page:
1. Add a Color Section and gave it a Custom CSS Class: special-section
2. Added those 1/3 columns and the contents
3. On the last separator of the first and second columns, I have set it’s Element’s Visibility to Hide on very small screens
4. Finally, in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS, I have added this CSS code:
```
.special-section p {
    margin: 0;
}

@media only screen and (max-width:479px) {
  .responsive #top #wrap_all .special-section .flex_column {
    margin-bottom: 0;
  }
}
```

You will need to access it via FTP or cPanel.
Here’s some useful instruction on how to go to the root folder: https://chemicloud.com/kb/article/document-root-cpanel/
Once you’re in the root folder, check for the file called error_logs
