Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Layerslider is plugin bundled inside Enfold, and during the time Enfold 4.5.5 was being developed and tested the latest layerslider version available at that time is used.
When 4.5.5 was released, layerslider also released an update on their plugin. If you want to have the latest version of layerslider as well as their premium features, you’ll need to purchase a stand-alone version of it and you’ll be given a product key which you can use for activation as well as update with its latest version.

If you have already activated Enfold, go to Enfold > Demo Import > look for Import: Consulting Demo then hover over the image and click the Click to Import button.
Wait for a few moments and it should start importing the demo, once done you’ll have your site look the same as the demo :)

Also can you backup your site and try to update Enfold to version 4.5.5 which contains this improvement:

Enfold is woocommerce compatible, I have tested it until 3.5.7 and didn’t have any issues.
I think the threads you may have found to have some issues are when woocommerce was in it’s early release of 3.x and deprecated a lot of stuff.

I think it’s because of a plugin, try to temporarily disable all plugins then check.
If the issue is gone, try to enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing this issue.
If that doesn’t help, please provide a login link to your site.

Try flushing out the cache and temporarily disable all plugins.
Then check if it works fine, then try to enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.

Are you trying to align Uncategorized and View All Spotlights? if yes, try to put them in the same textblock.
If that doesn’t work, can you provide a temporary admin access? so we can try to check on it further.

I have checked it and the problem is the image isn’t from your site, I tried to open the image in new tab (see screenshot) and it does block me from viewing the image.
Try to upload the image on your site then replace the current image and it should fix it.
