Can you try to check Mute Video Player?
This is because of Autoplay Policy Changes of Google Chrome: https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes
It has this conditions:
Muted autoplay is always allowed.
Autoplay with sound is allowed if:
– User has interacted with the domain (click, tap, etc.).
– On desktop, the user’s Media Engagement Index threshold has been crossed, meaning the user has previously play video with sound.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Please try what cg suggested first, if you can’t find what’s causing it try adding this in your functions.php:

For the Salon page (link in private content), I have added a 1/1 column after the fullwidth easy slider which seems to mess up the footer.
I have checked the same setup on my end but I couldn’t replicate the same issue.As for the english page, It seems to work properly on my end (2nd link in private content). In THE ESTATE section I put Added text… after the paragraph and it was successful.

I was able to fix the layerslider table, the id was not set as primary key and auto-increment.
I tried importing the Enfold Reimagined Layerslider and it’s working fine now.

I have checked those photos, when I removed the link on the image on the 2 images below the big image of wine bottle, it works fine.

It did not work because that class didn’t exist in the page you gave.
Try adding an ID to your tabsection then replace:jQuery(‘.post_format-post-format-link a’).attr(‘target’,’_blank’);with:
jQuery('#tab_section_id .slide-entry a').attr('target','_blank');just change tab_section_id with the id you assigned.

I understand, the safest way to do this is first create a staging site (basically a duplicate of your live site placed in your subdomain), this way you can test the update first on the stage site without affecting your live site if in case it will have issues. Aas for custom programming that you mentioned, if you’re using a child theme and those customization is stored there then it will not be lost but if customizations where made in the enfold/parent theme files (not theme options) then whether it’s updated in Enfold > Theme Update or the process I mentioned above the results will be the same.Best regards,

The version you have with Enfold uses the old API of envato which uses themeforest username and api key, however when envato changes their API it now uses a token.
Can you try to do this process to update Enfold (make sure to have a backup first):
1. Switch to a default wordpress theme like twentynineteen
2. Delete the Enfold theme
3. Upload the latest version of Enfold (enfold.zip) then set it as the active theme again.
You’ll just need to do this once and after that you can update theme in Enfold > Theme Update.Best regards,

Try to remove:
<div class='container'>and its closing div.
page.php is the default page for pages that uses default editor but for pages that uses template-builder.php file.
Maybe you can use this hook/action instead: ava_after_content_templatebuilder_page
