Hi Mathilde,
Please replace this part of your code:
#top .scroll-down-link {to
#top #main .scroll-down-linkThen for text above the arrow please refer this solution on this thread, see first Guenni’s solution as it’s more simpler: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-text-above-scroll-down-arrow-color-section-fullscreen-slider/
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Rob,
Can you give us a screenshot?
I have checked it and it does not show up on my end in the burger menu.
Maybe you’ll need to clear browser cache.Best regards,
NikkoHi NewarkComputers,
Can you put it up again then hide it just like the last time? so we can check again and try some workaround for it.
Best regards,
NikkoAugust 11, 2020 at 10:41 am in reply to: Scroll down arrow not showing in full screen slider #1236634Hi,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
This code is responsible for it not showing:.avia-fullscreen-slider .scroll-down-link,.avia-slideshow-dots { display: none; }Remove it and it should show properly.
Also clear cache :)Best regards,
NikkoHi NewarkComputers,
Please remove the code to hide I gave and replace it with:
#top #header #header_main .widget { position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; padding: 0; }Best regards,
NikkoHi jannnnnneke,
I have tried but it doesn’t work.
The only solution in your case is to group the icons into 1 collection.
You can see how to add the collections based on this screenshot (the right side is the collection and downloading of icons): https://imgur.com/3mgfv4j
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi erron,
It disappears because of this code:
#top #nav_menu-2 { display: none!important; }in
/* De-Activate free lesson button */ @media only screen and (max-width: 1199px) { #top #nav_menu-2 { display: none!important; }please remove it and it should show properly below 1200px.
Best regards,
NikkoAugust 11, 2020 at 6:50 am in reply to: Dynamic-Avia Cache messing up webhost – running out of webspace #1236585Hi juergen,
Have you tried selecting Fix WP bug, disable unique timestamps in Unique timestamp of merged files and WP object cache bug under Enfold > Performance?
Please try it then observe for few days.Best regards,
NikkoHi Rob,
I have checked it and it seems you have done it properly.
The reason why it’s showing the content is because you’re logged in with an administrator account.
If I’m not logged in, I could still see it in the menu but it will say page cannot be found.
To remove it from the main menu (I believe this is what you actually like to do), go to Appearance > Menus and remove Blog from the main menu.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 11, 2020 at 6:32 am in reply to: CSS changes aren't showing on the live site and unwanted image resizing! #1236581Hi rutledgeim,
I apologize for the delayed response.
Can you try adding this code in functions.php:function av_return_100(){ return 80; } add_filter('jpeg_quality', 'av_return_100'); add_filter('wp_editor_set_quality', 'av_return_100');then try to upload an image and check if this still happens.

I think it will be good until in ipad or tablet but should be hidden in mobile.Best regards,
NikkoHey sfoster123,
Can you try to upgrade PHP version to 7.3? and check if the same error still persists.
Best regards,
NikkoHey lbeneby,
I have checked your site and I can’t see any search bar in the header.

NikkoAugust 7, 2020 at 2:23 pm in reply to: dynamic_avia creating huge amounts of data for some reason? HELP #1236003Hey hizzacked,
This is a bug with Enfold 4.7.5 and below with some servers and has been fixed in Enfold 4.7.6
Please update it to the latest version and just delete the dynamic_avia folder and then save the Enfold Theme Options to regenerate it.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi NewarkComputers,
Please don’t remove the header widget.
Just hide it via CSS for now, add this CSS code in QUick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:#top #header #header_main .widget { display: none; }We’ll try to inspect it and then give you the css code that shouldn’t push the header elements to the bottom.
Best regards,
NikkoAugust 7, 2020 at 2:14 pm in reply to: CSS changes aren't showing on the live site and unwanted image resizing! #1236001Hey Scott,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 7, 2020 at 2:13 pm in reply to: Layerslider WP not showing on ABOUT page – shows on other pages #1236000Hey anristudio,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The page itself seems to be bugged and I’m not sure what’s causing the issue.
I have created a template from it and duplicated it (creating a test page, link in private content) and it worked properly on this new page.
I think the solution is to create a new about page (similar content) and delete the old one.Best regards,
NikkoHi Ruven,
We’re glad to hear that :)

NikkoHi davidebord90,
No, it’s not that important in the child theme’s style.css.
The important ones are Theme Name and Template.
But if there are caching issues, then I think version has some role to play.
Anyways, we’re glad that it’s fixed :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Eva,
We’re glad to hear that :)

NikkoHey Eva Gau,
Thanks for contacting us!
To answer your first question, please refer to Kriesi’s answer in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-multisite-2/
For the second question, yes, you can edit the demo in any way you want, most enfold users import a demo as a starting point then make modifications to it. :)Best regards,
