    Hi!

I want to add some icon packages to my site, for example this one:
    https://www.flaticon.com/packs/animal-32?word=animal

Is that possible? I see in the zip a file directory called ‘font’ with font files in it, so it should be working right?

    The message i’m getting is:
Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again

Any idea what’s going wrong? See login details, thanks!

    Hey jannnnnneke,

https://share.getcloudapp.com/12uNvky1 You need to have these increased before you can try to import the file again.

    Hi jannnnnneke,

The zip files you have uploaded contains the wrong files that’s why it’s being rejected but I was to able to gather the necessary fonts/icons for it to work.
Let us know if you need further assistance. :)

    Hi Nikko,

Perfect thank you! I want to add more flaticon packages. Can you tell me what I did wrong? What zip file do I need to upload? I have a zip file with a folder called ‘font’ in it.

Hope you can help! Thanks a lot!!

I’ve added another zip (animal-kingdom) and I didnt get an error but when I go to the icons I only see a lot of squares, no icons. Any ideas? Is it possible to add more flaticon packages? When I go to iconfont manager I only see 1 flaticon font while you uploaded one and I have. So shouldnt there be 2 flaticon fonts?

    Hi jannnnnneke,

When you import an icon that has the same for example flaticon, it merges those icons.
What I did to fix those icons was to extract the 2395742-animal-1.zip file, then inside the extracted folder, there’s 6 folders: eps, font, license, png, psd and svg.
You just need to zip the font folder and use it to import and it should work. :)

Ah yes, that worked! THANKS! Only the icons that you’ve uploaded are gone now. I uploaded a new font zip and gave it another name but again the old icons are gone. Are you sure it’s possible to add more flaticon packages?

I am also not able to upload/add new flaticon zip files. I tried uploading just the “font”.

    Hi rdoktor,

Please start a separate thread, describe your issue there and give us a link to your website, so that you can see the private bo content and we can avoid confusion.

    Hi jannnnnneke,

Are all those fonts you need in the media library?
Can you tell us which zip files are to be included? then we’ll try to work on it.

    @rdoktor
    thanks for doing that :)

    Hi Nikko,

This are the packages I want to add:
    https://www.flaticon.com/packs/money-157?word=money
    https://www.flaticon.com/packs/animal-43?word=animal
    https://www.flaticon.com/packs/animals-107?word=animal

In media library an font.zip and 2395742-animal.zip. I’m not sure which one is, you can remove those if you want!

    Thank you!

    Hi jannnnnneke,

I have tried but it doesn’t work.
The only solution in your case is to group the icons into 1 collection.
You can see how to add the collections based on this screenshot (the right side is the collection and downloading of icons): https://imgur.com/3mgfv4j
    Hope this helps.
