The reason you’re not seeing the latest version in the Theme Updates is because Envato has already stopped using API keys for update and are now using tokens. The patch was added in Enfold 4.6 and the latest release is 4.7.6.3. I would suggest to follow Rikard’s instruction in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-10/

I apologize that it has taken long, the problem was Godaddy’s Website firewall blocking the content (screenshot in private content)
Try to whitelist your IP Address as instructed in:

As far as I know Enfold 4.5.2 uses API key and you can’t update it via Theme Options.
I would suggest to follow Rikard’s instruction in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-10/If you have mistyped the version then you’ll need to have the following permissions for the token:
- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made

I have checked your site using both Chrome and MS Edge and it seems to work properly even in Edge.
Can you try to clear the browser cache? or maybe there are extensions or edge addons that you may need to disable.Best regards,

I have applied it on your site however it doesn’t have any effect, also I can see those icons are served via CDN: https://secureservercdn.net/
Please disable CDN, if you’re on Godaddy there’s a setting that you can turn off ( based on another enfold users who had similar issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/social-icons-not-showing-6/ )

It’s available in Enfold (Enfold > Theme Updates) however because you are still using 4.2.6 this option will not work since it’s designed to use an API key for updating but last year Envato has changed from using an API key to tokens and currently API keys aren’t being used anymore.
For now you can update the theme manually via FTP or use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
After you have updated Enfold, please register it with a personal token so you can update it next time via Enfold > Theme Updates.

The issue should be fixed, the problem seems to be due to caching.
When I logged in, there were 2 weird things I noticed, the theme options were doubled and could not switch to the parent theme.
But it was fixed after I Purged All Caches in WP Engine > General Settings, then the issues in the frontend was fixed after flushing out the cache in Autoptimize.Best regards,

I still could not connect but I don’t think it’s necessary anymore because of the screenshot you gave.
The attributes were not imported that’s why you see the price but empty in the backend.
What you can do it create an Attribute (just above Variations).
Add a name for example Size then add some values separated by | for example Small|Medium|Large
Then check Used for variations and click Save attributes button.
Go to Variations, select an Attribute (in the example Size) then expand it, and add a price.

Can you try to go to Enfold > Performance > File Compression then:
- Check Show advanced options
- Set Unique timestamp of merged files and WP object cache bug to Fix WP bug, add unique timestamps

I have checked on it and used a Child theme for it.
I’m still inspecting on it and the HTML tags inside text block are causing it not to load.

I have checked on your site and I couldn’t find the page that showed that.
Also the FTP access does not work, I tried different FTP settings, please check.
The login credentials were accepted but I wasn’t redirected to the WP Dashboard (link in private content) where I assumed that error is showing, when I manually type the url it redirects me to the 404 page. Is this also part of the problem?Best regards,

The code is generated by the magic wand tool, that attribute does not really do anything but putting an ID to id, you can remove its content and leave that attribute empty.

Have you updated to Enfold 4.7.6.3? if not yet, please update it.
If it’s already using that version and still not working, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
