NikkoHi REMADesign,
PHP 7.4.9 was just released in Aug 6 this year (source: https://www.php.net/ ) so it may not be fully compatible with a lot of themes and plugins.
I would suggest using PHP 7.3 for now :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Gaëlle,
The problem actually was caused by WordPress 5.5 which they removed jQuery migrate.
Many other plugins had this issue when WordPress 5.5 was released.
Once the Timetable is patched, you should be able to deactivate and delete Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.Best regards,
NikkoHey Ben,
I have checked your site and I could see this error in the console:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'And there’s a script tag before the HTML document.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend that might have caused the issue.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHey Slawomir,
Please use the latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) since it contains patches for WordPress 5.5.
Since you are still using Enfold 4.0.2, you can’t update via theme options because Envato has already stopped using an API key for update and are now using tokens. Please download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and I would suggest following Rikard’s instruction in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-10/ on how to update your theme.
Then register the theme as recommended in our documentation https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ so you can fully update the theme via theme options next time.

NikkoHey REMADesign,
I’m getting this error when trying to login with the credentials you gave:
Error: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. Please turn off the wordpress debug temporarily.
Also, are you using PHP 7.2?Best regards,
NikkoHey paceventures,
Can you try to manually replace the single quotes? so it looks like this:
if ( ! current_user_can( 'manage_options' ) ) { add_filter('show_admin_bar', '__return_false'); }Let us know if it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHey Malene,
Please update to Enfold 4.7.6.3 which should fix the issue.
Make sure to have a backup first.Best regards,
NikkoHi kilimnet,
I apologize if it wasn’t clear.
That image is the preview of your server’s response to the backend call.
You can check the full screenshot in private content.
You can verify it using Google Chrome’s Network inspector.Best regards,
NikkoHi Gaëlle,
Can you try to install this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper by the WordPress Team.
Let us know if this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi julusha,
Yes, it won’t correct the spacing issue, as it is caused by the Rev Slider and not the removal jquery migrate from WordPress 5.5.
The temporary solution for now is to rollback until RevSlider will come up with a fix on the bug.Best regards,
NikkoHi dirt_diver,
Thanks for giving us admin access. :)
I could see this error in the web console:jlsuggest.js?ver=7.6.5.9:43 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefinedThis is coming from SEO Ultimate which I think hasn’t patched up for WordPress 5.5 (after deactivating it, it worked properly)
But since it’s a necessary plugin, I have installed Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to fix it.
The fix is just temporary, once SEO Ultimate is compatible with WordPress 5.5, you can remove Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 27, 2020 at 8:38 am in reply to: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site #1241122Hi ridkadri,
I have checked your site and I’m getting following errors in the web console:
https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php 500Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()I think the issue you’re having is not related on Enfold or the plugins but the server itself.
Here’s an article with recommended fix: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/ if that doesn’t resolve the issue, please ask assistance from your webhost or find a more stable hosting provider.Best regards,
NikkoHi kilimnet,
The new credentials you gave returns an unknown account name however I was able to use the first account you gave (copying and pasting didn’t work).
The reason why it’s not working properly in the backend because of the firewall on your server which shows this error: https://imgur.com/4nRgt8e
Please try to whitelist your IP address so you can work properly with it, I’m not familiar with IIS but here’s some instruction I found that could help: https://serverfault.com/questions/653672/how-to-ip-restrict-access-to-a-website-in-iis8-5-windows-2012r2
Or you can ask for assistance from your webhost.Best regards,
NikkoHi Hellbreker,
I don’t think you did some mistake but the options needed to be enabled have been enabled as you described.
I haven’t encountered any issue similar to the one you’re having but most of the time when there are weird things happening, there are 2 most likely culprits to the issue.
The first one is caching, it may be a plugin cache or an internal server cache (server built-in cache).
The second one is a plugin conflict, you can try to disable all plugins and then check if it works properly.
You can also try to enable WordPress Debugging to check if there are any errors appearing that could cause the issue.
I hope one of these suggestions would help.Best regards,
NikkoHi elfuego1340,
I see, please remove the logo then go to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS, then add this CSS code:
#top .av-siteloader { background: url(https://website.com/path/to/logo.jpg) center center no-repeat; background-size: contain; border: none; height: 120px; width: 120px; }Then replace http://website.com/path/to/logo.jpg with your logo or image.
Also, adjust the height and width as needed.
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi zvstudio,
Please update your Enfold theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) and that should fix it. :)
Also, make sure to have a backup first before updating.Best regards,
NikkoHi ChrisCoach,
Thanks, it works now.
I tried to check again on your homepage and the code does work. The masonry there doesn’t have the av-masonry-date.Best regards,
NikkoHi StaffCo,

Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi michaeldgilbert,
Please update to the latest version of Enfold which is 4.7.6.3 and that should fix the issue.
Best regards,
NikkoHey Jooster,
Can you try to switch to the parent theme (Enfold)? and check if the issue still persists?
The current error seems to be pointing only to the child theme.Best regards,
NikkoHey Jables,
I don’t see anything wrong with your code and it should work.
Can you try to flush out cache if you have a caching plugin or some minification plugin like Autoptimize?
Also clear your browser cache.
If it doesn’t work, please give us a link to your site.Best regards,
NikkoHi Parosweb,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHey Atilla,
I tried to login with the credentials you gave, however it doesn’t seem work, please check.
Please try to disable all plugins and check if the issue is fixed, if it does enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.Best regards,
Nikko -
