Hi alexx8675,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have installed and activated this plugin which fixes the issue https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
Please update to the latest version of Enfold 4.7.6.3 which patches the issue (since WordPress 5.5 removes the jQuery migrate file).
Once updated you can safely remove the plugin I installed unless some plugins that have the same issue is patched.

Please try to set the Footer Columns to 3 in Enfold > Footer.
This should expand the width of the footer widgets area.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
  ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hey Oref,

Thanks for the reference.
I have checked it and it’s a custom made header (although they are already using Enfold) but you can make something similar with Enfold’s Color Section.
Create a Color Section and set Section Minimum Height to At least 50% of Browser Window Height (you can change this to any size you desire).
Then in the Styling (tab), set the background video or image and then set the (under Borders) Section Bottom Border Styling set to Display a small arrow that points down to the next section.

Please add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:

```
Just adjust the 2px value (thickness) and color.

We’re glad to hear that. :)
Can you create a staging site? basically a clone or duplicate of your live site just placed in your subdomain for testing purposes.
Then update the staging site to WordPress 5.5 and give us access to check it (the common issues now are users upgrade to WordPress 5.5 and Enfold is an older version which causes the disappearing menu in the theme options).

Yes, that’s correct. I actually find it weird on your site when I was uploading images manually they just pop-up and you can confirm it because the date is 2017 (I just removed the ones that I uploaded) which means it was already in the uploads folder. Most issues regarding demo images are caused by firewall’s preventing the import of large data.

I have reviewed it again and tested with different settings but could not reproduce the same issue on my local site.
Can you give us FTP access for the staging site? so we can do some tweaks and also enable WP debugging.
Also please increase the access if it’s set for few days.

The one currently used in the frontpage (link in private content) is 1500px wide, which is good enough.
Just make sure the background repeat that I mentioned above is set and it should become fullwidth.

We’re glad that it’s fixed. :)
The Enfold way is to use the default setting in Settings > Reading (Your latest posts is selected)
But Homepage is defined in Enfold > Theme Options > Frontpage Settings (this is where you set the homepage).

Thanks for giving us admin access to the staging site.
It’s fixed now. The solution was to go to Enfold > Performance > Self hosted videos and audio features (WP-Mediaelement scripts) > set to Always load media features (= WP default behavior.

I could verify the issue you’ve mentioned though there are no js errors showing in the web console.
Unfortunately, trying to fix the incompatibility between Enfold and the 3rd party plugin used would take a lot of time (after checking on it) and also outside the scope of our support.

I have checked the homepage again and there’s 2 things I noticed that’s different, 1 is the logo as mentioned before (I have fixed it on your site) 2 is partners/logo which is missing 3 images which is also fixed now. The slider can be modified in the link found below (private content).

What I was referring to is the zip file in Media Library.
When you get icons from https://www.flaticon.com/ you select icons or icon set and then download from there.
The downloaded file is in zip format, when you extract it, you’ll see the generated folder contains a lot of different folders but what is needed is only the fonts folder.
Just zip the fonts folder and use it to upload to Enfold.
