Thanks for giving us admin access.
The reason you’re having the issue is that you’re still using version: 3.6.1, the latest version is 4.7.6.4
The version you’re using still uses API key to update and it’s not possible to update via Theme Options.
Please backup your site first, then try to do the following steps:
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.

I would like to correct my response, the issue is resolved in Enfold 4.7.6.2 (the version you’re still using is 4.7.6.1).
Please backup your site and update to the latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.4).

Thanks for providing the link.
The only difference between your site and the link in private content is Maximum Container width, you are using 1010px while the link is 1120px.
Please go to Enfold > General Layout > Maximum Container width, then set it to 1120px.

Thanks, I have checked on it but there’s no js error though the js script doesn’t get triggered.
Can you try to backup your site and update to the latest version (Enfold 4.7.6.4)? the issue might be some bug in the previous version.

The support does expire but the license is lifetime however there’s no way for us to verify with Username and API key since that is handled by Envato/Themeforest.
The usual process is to login to the account used to purchase Enfold and download the latest version of Enfold but since the credentials is lost as well, I would suggest trying to contact Envato/Themeforest as they may be able to retrieve it otherwise the only option we could advise to consider purchasing a new one using your account.

We apologize for the delayed response.
I have checked on your site and I believe this is server/hosting issue and not a theme issue.
I have used Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which is a plugin that allows enabling and disabling of plugins and switching of themes for a single user only.
With that plugin, I switched to Twentytwenty theme which is a default WordPress Theme, and turned off all plugins and the result is the same, the site loads too slow and would take about a minute just to go to another page. Also, this happened when trying to access your site (screenshot in private content).
I would suggest asking assistance from the webhost, since the loading time is terrible.

Hi Oriano,

It’s not yet fully compatible with WordPress 5.6, specifically the Alternate Menu for Mobile does not work properly.
If you aren’t using it then it should be good however I would suggest setting up a staging site first and try to update there first so there’s lesser risk on the live site.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
