    Hi,

    if I show the content of the boxes in an icon grid as tooltips, I can have links there and they are working fine (cursor = pointer, clickable).
    If I display it as flip boxes (that’s what my customer wants), the links don’t work anymore (so no pointing hand, not clickable).

    Any suggestions?

    Best Regards,
    Jürgen

    Hey Jürgen,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Jürgen,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    This is now fixed, I have added this CSS code in Quick CSS :

    #top .avia-icongrid-borders-between li .avia-icongrid-wrapper > article {
        z-index: 10;
    }

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
    works like a charm!

    I’ve completely overlooked the 3rd dimension. :-)
    You can close this ticket now, of course.

    Thanks a lot, best regards!

    Hi Jürgen,

    You’re welcome, we’re glad that we could help :)
    And thanks as well, we found that this is a bug in the theme that only happens when Borders between elements is used in Grid Borders, this should be fixed in the next version of Enfold (by that time, you can remove the code I gave).
    Thanks again for using Enfold and have a great day!

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
    always at your disposal. :-)

    Question on the side: how about documentation of the icon grid feature? Couldn’t find any, everything about it is here in the forum.

    Best,
    Jürgen

    Hi Jürgen,

    There’s none at the moment but we’ll be adding the Icon Grid element in the documentation.
    We apologize for it, in the meantime, you can always ask us for information regarding the Icon Grid.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
