It seems when you’re logged in, it shows properly but you’re not logged in, you’ll see the issues.

As for the fix, I would suggest updating to the latest version of Enfold (version 4.7.6.4).
You can get this in Themeforest/Envato using the account used the purchase the theme, but since you mentioned you can’t find the registration info, it would be best to contact an envato support.Best regards,

For your registration info, envato has control over it, you can try to contact an envato support for assistance.
As for the issue, please install and activate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.
Then go to Tools > jQuery Migrate > jQuery Version (set to) Legacy 1.12.4-wp

A temporary solution is to disable Responsive Images in Enfold > Performance > Responsive Images And Lazy Loading.
However, if your Enfold version is 4.7.6.2 and up it should be fixed as Yigit mentioned and the issue most likely is caused by caching.Best regards,

The site is selling Enfold illegally (most likely including other themes and pro plugins).

Thanks for giving us admin access.
This is a bug on Enfold 4.7.6.4 when WordPress 5.6 is used. This only happens when Alternate Mobile Menu is used.
We have now fixed this on your site by installing this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper.
This is just a temporary solution until a new version of Enfold is released.

Please setup a staging site (a duplicate of your site) where we can safely try to apply some solutions, without affecting your live site.
Once a solution is made then we can apply that to your live site and lessen the risk of causing issues to the live site.
