Hi tiendaillux,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked it and for some reason, Woocommerce is the reason why it’s not working on your site, you can test this by deactivating the plugin (you can use the plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting so it’s only for single account).
Can you try to backup your site, then update Woocommerce to the latest version?Best regards,
NikkoHi PrecisionTextiles,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The reason it’s not working is because PHP ZipArchive Extension is not installed or enabled, please enable this PHP extension in cPanel, or ask your hosting provider to enable this for you.As for the CSS code, I see this in your site:
#top .woocommerce-loop-product__title { text-size: 16px; text-color: #79c143; }Please change it to:
#top .woocommerce-loop-product__title { font-size: 16px; color: #79c143; }Hope it helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi leahmessina,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The cause of the issue is WP Accessibility, specifically because in its Setting Remove target attribute from links is checked.
If I uncheck it, it works properly but I have to check it since I’m not sure of the reason why it’s checked.Best regards,
NikkoHi Urs,
Thanks, it seems it only has ttf file format.
Try to use some online font converter and convert it to woff2 and woff file formats then include it in the folder and zip it then upload.Best regards,
NikkoHi caw67,
Thanks as well :)
I’ll be closing this thread.
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi drkpi,
Can you give us FTP access as well?
Best regards,
NikkoHi Stefania,
We’re glad that we could help :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi caw67,
Yes, unfortunately, it’s a bug on Enfold 4.7.6.4 and it will be fixed on the next release of Enfold which is coming before or during the end of the month.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Maite,
Yes, please try to post here the content of function register_script

NikkoJanuary 17, 2021 at 5:08 am in reply to: How to adjust background color and styling of blog filter options? #1273001Hi jorisbl,
Thanks, I have checked it and the code does not seem to be applied.
If I test the code with web inspector, it works properly.
Can you give us temporary admin access? and we’ll try to figure out why it’s not fetching.Best regards,
NikkoHi bigbadjohn,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
After flushing out the cache it seems to show properly on my end.
I have disabled caching since your site seems to be still in development mode.
Only apply caching when the site is already for production because if caching is on during development, sometimes changes does not appear and some old files are used instead.Best regards,
NikkoHi dbcthomas,
Thanks for giving us the link to the site.
The main menu for logged in users and logged out users seems to be different, is there some hook we can use (since I’m not familiar with the plugin used) to attach the hamburger menu on the logged in menu?Best regards,
NikkoHi stepjapon,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
1. I have changed it from Perfect Automatic Masonry to Flexible Masonry and it worked properly.
2. I tried purging cache and refreshing permalinks but it does not seem to work, can you try to flush out the cache then turn off all plugins then check? or atleast give us permission to disable all plugins for few minutes.Best regards,
NikkoHi Daniele,
You’re welcome :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi samkrieg,
Yes, there’s a difference, Installable WordPress file only should only include files for the site, while All files & documentation includes other things like the documentation and the folder structure is a bit different (the enfold theme is a subfolder).
Anyway, we’re glad that it’s working properly now :)Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 16, 2021 at 7:24 am in reply to: Icon list icons not showing up and icons not animated #1272875Hi jrs76,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Try to enable it back after few days, it’s most likely just a caching issue.Best regards,
NikkoHi gattringerot,
No worries :)
I also just assumed it without checking that setting XD
Anyway, I’m glad that it’s working properly now.Best regards,
NikkoHey Christian,
Please check and follow the instructions on this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/
Best regards,
NikkoHi beodesign,
Can you give us a screenshot?
Also please try to disable mod_security, here’s a video showing how to disable it in cpanel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwjAr0TcliE and check.
If there’s no improvement then just enable mod_security.Best regards,
NikkoHi Stefania,
When WordPress updates with a major version that is for example from 5.5 to 5.6, then I would suggest to wait for themes and plugins to have updates because sometimes major updates break some parts of the site, but if it’s a minor update (like 5.6 to 5.6.1) then you should update without waiting for plugins and themes to update.
In this case, since it’s already updated to WordPress 5.6, I suggest sticking with the temporary solution (which is also recommended by WordPress) until Enfold and other plugins release their updates.
Once an update is released, try to deactivate the plugin mentioned above then review your site, if all is good, you can delete the plugin. As for the next release, it should be around next week or the end of the month.
Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 15, 2021 at 2:26 pm in reply to: How to adjust background color and styling of blog filter options? #1272733Hi jorisbl,
Just to make sure we are talking on the same image since the page is correct, are you referring on the pink heart icon on the upper left?
Best regards,
NikkoHi Danny,
Can you give us a link to your site? and also some keywords to search to test this.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Solf,
You’re welcome, we’ll answer your question on your other thread. :)
Thanks for using Enfold and havec a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Othmar,
I see, that’s really some weird issue.
Can you try to disable all plugins except for woocommerce? and see if this still occurs.
If it does not then try to enable the plugins one by one and check, start enabling first those that are woocommerce-related.Best regards,
NikkoHi,
@beodesign I tried to check again however it’s all good on my end. Can you go to the backend of the page and then right click and select Inspect Element, you should see a Console tab, can you check if there are errors?
If the console shows a 403 Forbidden Error, then try to disable mod_security, here’s a video showing how to disable it in cpanel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwjAr0TcliE
@samkrieg Please do the same as instructed for @beodesign.Best regards,
NikkoHi Stefania,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have installed and activated Enable jQuery Migrate Helper then set jQuery Version to Legacy 1.12.4-wp and it seems to work properly now.
We have reported this to our devs and should be fixed on the next version of Enfold.Best regards,
NikkoHi Munford,
You’re welcome.
Just let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
NikkoHi Lin84,
Thanks for providing the admin access.
The problem is your child theme’s footer.php file, if you try to change your file extension for example from footer.php to footer.bup then you’ll find it working properly.
Enfold’s footer.php is 309 lines of code while your child theme is only 191, just update your footer.php file and it should get fixed.Best regards,
NikkoHi Munford,
Thanks for the link.
I tried to check the page but I could not see the issue on my end (probably because is not that large enough).
When I try to zoom out in the browser to imitate large screens, I could see it according to the screenshot you gave.
Also since it’s a parallax, the only option is to use an image that’s longer in height.Best regards,
NikkoHi daimonart,
I apologize, I tried to log in with the credentials you posted in private content, however, it does not work, please check.
Also try to go to Enfold > Performance, then disable CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression
Then try to flush out any cache.Best regards,
