NikkoHi MarcassinFou,
Please upload the screenshots in https://imgur.com/upload or in dropbox (or other image sharing sites), you can post the link in private content.

NikkoHi TommasoCarmenati,
1. Yes and it is compatible, I’m using WP 5.7 and Enfold 4.8.1 on my local server and I don’t have any issues.
But if you experience any issues, go to Enfold > Performance > then disable Javascript file merging and compression and flush out cache from any caching plugins.
Also make sure to have a backup first :)2. You can change the settings without any issues except Enfold > Performance > Javascript file merging and compression, you can try to enable it now then check, if it’s all good then you can keep this enabled otherwise just disable it again.
3. We don’t handle the sales in the theme, I would suggest trying to contact first the Themeforest/envato support.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Qarqash ,
To remove – Enfold WordPress Theme by Kriesi just add [nolink] to copyright.
If you want to remove it and add your own copyright text then you can do something like: [nolink]© Copyright 2021…
You can refer to https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/footer/#copyrights-info for further information. As for the blurry image, I believe the source image size is less than the image and is forced to stretched it. Please change the image and make sure to use a larger image size.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Lin84,
Thanks, can we request for FTP access?
I can modify it with the current access you gave but it’s a bit risky with just the Theme Editor, if I make a mistake and it causes a fatal error I could not undo it, but with FTP access I would not lose access and be able to undo any mistake.Best regards,
NikkoHi ASTW,
We’re glad that we could help :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Stromboli77,
If you have upload the Roboto font in Enfold > Import/Export/… > Custom Font Manager, and you see it listed.
The next thing you need to do is go to Enfold > General Styling > Fonts (tab), if it’s currently set to Roboto, what you need to do is to go to the bottom of the dropdown and you’ll see Uploaded Fonts (located at Enfold -> Import/Export) then choose the font below: Roboto (100, 300, 400, 500, 700, 900)
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi robrtta,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,

NikkoHi Daniele,
Can you try to setup a staging site? then give us temporary admin access for it so we can investigate further.
Here’s a simple tutorial to follow: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
I tried checking several times but I did not see it change on my end.Best regards,
NikkoHi Kelly Vance,
It’s the ID number that WordPress generated for that specific menu item.
In order to target the correct menu item, you can right-click over the Divisions menu item, click Inspect and you should be able to get this result: https://imgur.com/ue7rlsF
In the screenshot you’ll see that the ID is menu-item-15360.
Hope this helps.Best regards,

I checked on your site and it seems to be fixed.
The issue you described is a bug in Enfold 4.8 and it may have taken a bit of time before it’s applied on your site.Best regards,
NikkoHi alvaromhr,
What version of PHP are you using?

NikkoHi TommasoCarmenati,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
It seems the cached version of the merged and minified js file is still served which causes some error.
We have disabled both Javascript file merging and compression and CSS file merging and compression to fix the issue, please wait for a few or several days before enabling it again.Best regards,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
The css code is setup properly however the stylesheet that calls those googlefonts is not present in the page that’s why it’s not loading.
Can you setup a staging site for us? so we can investigate further without affecting your live site.
Here’s a simple tutorial you can follow: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,

NikkoHi Orla,
The code above just check if you are in the backend, if you are then it exits the function and if you aren’t then it continues to execute the code after it.
You can refer on the codex: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_admin/Best regards,
