Hi Jay,
We apologize for the delayed response.
Can you try to check if there plugins that may be causing the issue? you can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to safely deactive plugins without affecting visitors and other users.Best regards,
NikkoHi abortolotti,
Thanks, I tried it and it worked.
As for the issue, the areas you have encircled in red in the screenshot is showing properly on my end.
Can you try flushing out cache then disabling SG Optimizer? there are some users who have reported issues and are fixed after disabling the plugin.Best regards,
NikkoHi Ink_Eye,
This is how it looks on my end (screenshot in private content).
Can you try to clear the browser cache?Best regards,
NikkoHi CHS001,
You’re welcome, we’re happy that we could help :)
As for the hover-over, I’m not sure I understand since the arrows only appears when you hover over the post slider, can you elaborate more on what you’re trying to achieve?Best regards,
NikkoHi Cédric,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have replaced the code with:function change_tabsjs() { wp_dequeue_script( 'avia-module-tabs' ); wp_deregister_script( 'avia-module-tabs' ); wp_enqueue_script( 'avia-module-tabs', get_stylesheet_directory_uri().'/js/tabs.js', array('jquery'), 3, true ); } add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'change_tabsjs', 100 );I then created a folder on your child theme named js and inside that folder I created tabs.js, and inside it I pasted this content:
https://pastebin.com/0bzc8S2u
Please review your site :)Best regards,
NikkoHi xeovision,

NikkoHi Tino,

Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Bernhardt,
The only difference between those two is that the first one has the font files hosted on a different domain.
Can you try to remove the font in Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager or Custom Font Manager, then upload it again?Best regards,
NikkoHi Franz,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi CHS001,
Thanks for providing the link.
The issue seems to be caused by this CSS Code:#top .avia-slideshow-arrows a { margin: -30px -35px 0 !important; }Please remove it and that should fix the problem.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The reason importing the demo is not working is because PHP ZipArchive Extension is disabled.
You can verify this in Layerslider WP > Options > System Status > PHP ZipArchive Extension (or go to the link in private content).
Please request assistance from your hosting provider to enable this for you.Best regards,
NikkoHi Tim,
Yes, you’re correct.
Since the child theme is dependent on the parent theme, you only need to update the parent theme (Enfold) and the child would inherit the update.Best regards,

I tried to click on the login link you provided however it returns this error and no login form is appearing:
Ha habido un error crítico en esta web. Por favor, comprueba la bandeja de entrada del correo electrónico del administrador de tu sitio para obtener instrucciones. Are you currently troubleshooting the issue? we can try to help but we’ll need FTP access.

NikkoHi Antonio,
I tried to login with the credentials given however it does not work, please check.
Here’s the error it shows:Error: The password you entered for the username is incorrectAlso, based on your description of the issue, it’s definitely due to caching.
Can you try to flush out cache from your caching plugin or if you don’t have one then most likely there’s a caching feature from your server.Best regards,
NikkoHi sldeutsch,
Can you try adding this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:

NikkoHi Benp,
I apologize for the delayed response.
I see you were referring to the HTML structure, I would suggest you override the avia_breadcrumb_trail class.
Just copy the content in wp-content > themes > enfold > framework > class-breadcrumb-trail.php and paste it in functions.php ( start from class avia_breadcrumb_trail then just exclude the last } ).
Then replace some of the HTML tags with the ones that you’d like to use.
This should break some design in the breadcrumb but you can fix that with CSS.
I would highly suggest using a staging site in order to test this fix first before applying to the live site.Best regards,
NikkoHi Ink_Eye,
I apologize for the delayed response.
Do you have a caching plugin or your server have some caching feature? if yes, then please try to flush out the cache.
If that does not help, please give us temporary admin access on the other site as well.Best regards,
NikkoHi Julien,
You just need to go to ACF > Groupes de champs, edit introduction and change the location’s rules (1st dropdown field) from Taxonomie under Publication to Taxonomie under Formulaires and the third dropdown field change to Categorie (product_cat).
Best regards,
NikkoHi THP,
You’re welcome :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
