I have enabled Show Advanced Options in Enfold > Performance.
Then in Unique timestamp of merged files and WP object cache bug I have set it to Fix WP bug, add unique timestamps.
Please observe for few hours/days if the js/css is still being regenerated every time.

I apologize for the delayed response.
I could not reproduce it on my end, however, I do see it on your staging site and tried the method I posted above.
Can you try to remove the current dev/staging site then create a new one then try to update it to Enfold 4.8.6.1? it the issue won’t show up then most likely it will not cause any issue on the production site.

Purchases: Your purchases cannot be accessed. We cannot check for updates.

Please follow the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token
Make sure that the permission is the same as the one shown in the documentation and it should work.

If it’s still not showing properly then most likely it from the browser cache.

Thanks for giving us both admin and FTP access.
For pages (or custom post type pages) that are still receiving the error even when updated to the latest version of Enfold (4.8.6), please do the following.
1. Edit the page (custom post type page) and copy all the content in the editor.
2. Create a new page (literally from pages) and paste the content. (just use a new tab)
3. Go back to page with issue and delete all the content.
4. Copy the content from the new page and paste it to the page with the issue.
I tried to do put the content in notepad instead of a new page and it doesn’t fix the issue.

The code just gets the author of the post/portfolio so it should show only the same author even with different users.
Can you give us more context on this? so we can try to understand better what you’re trying to achieve.
