Thanks for providing the admin access as well.
The footer is fixed, please review your site.
I just updated the header.php of your child theme (the original header.php is renamed to header.bup for reference)Best regards,
NikkoHi Guenni007,
Thanks. :)
Rikard made a sticky post for it: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/missing-footer-after-updating-to-enfold-4-8-6-3-please-read-this-first/Best regards,
NikkoHi Medecho,
Thanks for giving us FTP access, this is now fixed.
As for the admin access, it did not work so we can’t further check the backend but it may not be needed as the error is fixed.

- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!

NikkoOctober 2, 2021 at 3:13 am in reply to: undefined index error after update to Enfold 4.8.6.3 #1323212Hi elspanko,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The said error is now fixed on your site.Best regards,
NikkoHi mariagretel,
Please update your site to the latest version (from 4.8.5 to 4.8.6.3) and the error should be fixed.
Please backup your site before updating. As for the demo import issue, it’s because PHP ZipArchive Extension is disabled.
You can verify this on LayerSliderWP > Options > System Status (or you can go directly to the link in private content).
Please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension in cPanel or you may need to ask your hosting provider for assistance in enabling this feature.Best regards,

Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi kikosanchezestudio,
I apologize for the delayed response.
I have checked your site and it’s still the old code.
Please check if the greater than symbol is in the last code I gave is converted to & g t ; without the spaces.
If this is still isn’t working please disable CSS file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance and clear any caches if you have a caching plugin.Best regards,
NikkoHi boxnumberone,
I just received a message from our dev that it is an intended behavior, the image size to be used is not set on the slider item but in the slider itself (under Styling > Slideshow Settings > Slideshow Image and Video Size).

We’re glad that we could help :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Jeepkid99,
Thanks, I was able to login.
Please use a child theme, you can download and find instructions on how to use it here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
You’ll need it for two reasons, first is that the code above does not work when added on functions.php on the parent theme but it does on the child theme (I just tested to verify this one) and the second one is that when there’s an update, everything modified in the parent theme will be removed, so you’ll need to add them again, but with a child theme, the modification is preserved.Best regards,
NikkoHi kikosanchezestudio,
I see, please replace this part of the code I gave:
#top .main_menu a { height: 30px !important; line-height: 30px !important; }With:
#top .main_menu #avia-menu > li > a { height: 30px !important; line-height: 30px !important; }Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi boxnumberone,
I apologize for my mistake.
This is now reported to our devs. For temporary solution, please edit wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/css/avia-media.css and remove (line 46-48)
.avia-media-img-only-no-sidebars .media-sidebar, .avia-media-img-only-no-sidebars .attachment-display-settings .setting, .avia-media-img-only-no-sidebars .media-sidebar .attachment-details, .avia-media-img-only-no-sidebars .media-frame-menu { display:none; }Best regards,

NikkoHi Tino,
The code Rikard gave is only for mobile.
I tried to check on the screenshots you gave but it doesn’t work anymore.
Can you share it again with us, so we can try to give you CSS based on it.Best regards,
NikkoHi alard,
Can you try to update the version of your child theme? (the issue is most likely browser caching)
Let us know if it helps.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 24, 2021 at 6:49 am in reply to: Files not loading, saving or theme editor settings working #1322127Hi RoslinDesign,
The CSS that’s stored in dynamic_avia folder is tied with the Theme Options, unfortunately, there’s no way to stop this.
Also I don’t see the calendar on the homepage, I only see masonry.Best regards,
