We’re glad that Mike could help you :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Seimen_x,
Thanks it seems to be happening only on a single page (link in private content).
The error that shows is Error 510 (Not Extended):Access denied by security policyList of Error 5xx errors: https://developer.att.com/video-optimizer/docs/best-practices/5xx-internal-server-error-best-practices
I tried to add the shortcode piece by piece and the problem shows up when the TERMIN ONLINE BUCHEN section and elements below it are added (unfortunately, the server does not allow it to be added again).
I have saved the shortcode (link and password to view it is in private content).
Please try to request for assistance from your webhost regarding the error above.Best regards,
NikkoHi Christie,
There are some js errors showing in the web console.
Can you try to disable Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance?
If you have any plugins that optimizes js files, try to disable them temporarily as well.
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 25, 2021 at 1:49 am in reply to: Hamburger menu is displayed twice on the left side with some browser widths #1326253Hi Tommy,
Yes, it can be done via CSS, we have replaced the code with this one:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1120px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .main_menu { top: 0; height: 80px; left: auto; right: 0; display: block; position: absolute; } .av-burger-menu-main, #top #wrap_all .breadcrumb { display: block !important; } .responsive #top .logo { position: static; display: table; height: 80px !important; float: none; padding: 0; border: none; width: 80%; } #header_main_alternate { display: none; } .html_header_top.html_header_sticky.html_large.html_bottom_nav_header #main { padding-top: 118px; } }Please review your site.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Thomas,
Thanks for providing FTP access, we have checked the files and it does not seem to have any issues.
However, the issue maybe on the database, here is a similar issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/error-message-in-the-backend/
Best regards,
NikkoHey Peter,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
There are some important changes in header.php and footer.php in the recent releases of Enfold, please update the header.php file on your child theme to fix this issue.
Please refer to this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/missing-footer-after-updating-to-enfold-4-8-6-3-please-read-this-first/Best regards,
NikkoHey navindesigns,
Please try adding this CSS code in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width:1023px) and (min-width:768px) { .page-id-170 #av_section_1 .entry-content-wrapper .av_one_fourth.first, .page-id-170 #av_section_1 .entry-content-wrapper .av_one_fourth.avia-builder-el-last { display: none; } .page-id-170 #av_section_1 .entry-content-wrapper .av_one_fourth.av-mz0ia-51665eaae8c457c5c0d459575ed5772f { margin-left: 0; } .page-id-170 #av_section_1 .entry-content-wrapper .av_one_fourth.av-h8keq-51eaed5d1c528d5c1ae8e95afdbcba7f { clear: none; margin-top: 0; margin-left: 4%; } }Best regards,

NikkoHey sbroto,
Thanks for providing the link and screenshots, is the section on the Servicios page? if yes, please change #instalaciones to:
/servicios/#instalacionesHope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi navindesigns,
I have added this CSS code in Quick CSS to make the columns equal height:
#sixcolumns .portDesc { min-height: 32px; }Using equal height for columns would trigger Enfold to create a parent container that wraps each row that’s why you’ll see the last item going to the next row.
Best regards,
NikkoHi navindesigns,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have replaced the code with this:.sub-menu li:hover a .avia-menu-text { color: #fff !important; }Please review your site.
@Evendril Thanks for helping out :)Best regards,
NikkoHi cloeffler,
Please extract/unzip it the downloaded file from Themeforest (right-click over the downloaded zip file and click extract)
This should generate a new folder with the same name as the zip file, open it and look for the enfold folder
Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
Use the enfold.zip file to upload in the WordPress Dashboard.Best regards,
NikkoHi Malene,
Can you give us admin access (just change the password once this is fixed) and FTP access?

NikkoHey apliweb,
I can’t seem to login with the given credentials, please check.
With regards to the issue, are you using a child theme? if yes, there are some changes in header.php and footer.php and if you have overridden at least one of these files then you will need to re-update them.
Please refer to this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/missing-footer-after-updating-to-enfold-4-8-6-3-please-read-this-first/Best regards,
NikkoHi Axel,
I tried to reproduce the issue on Enfold 4.8.6.5 and WP 5.8.1 however, I don’t get the same issue.
Can you try to clear the cache in Autoptimize and temporarily disable it? maybe some of its options are causing the issue.Best regards,
NikkoHey Ivana,
Thanks for providing the link :)
Please try to use this CSS code:#portfoliobox-2 .news-time { display: none; }Best regards,
NikkoHi combra,
Thanks, it works now.
As for the layout, can you give us a mockup or a screenshot of what you’re trying to achieve? so we can try to position it properly with CSS.Best regards,
NikkoHi bauchope,
It looks good on my end when logged in, if I’m not logged in, it’s all good except for the logo which returns this error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401” (probably due to security), here are the screenshots on my end:
Logged In: https://imgur.com/f6EzmKn
Not Logged In: https://imgur.com/B3BRsN1
I believe the issue on your end is more of caching.Best regards,
NikkoHi Martin,
Yes, that’s correct.
You only need to download Enfold from Themeforest then upload it via Themes in the dashboard.Best regards,
NikkoHi Veronika,
Can you try adding this CSS code as well:
@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) { #top .container { margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; } }Best regards,
