Incidentally, I gave the same details to my hosting provider as I gave you above and they were able to login… so I am confused as to why this does not work for Kriesi

Could you please confirm if they say that when they log in, they don’t see WP-admin as the first dashboard?
Incidentally, primary domain is kernowdesign.com and I did not pay for, or set up, any kind of redirect

Hi Victoria – this one of 3 different threads I have started, all of which got stalled by the inability of wordpress.com’s set-up to allow me to create temp users for you – I have now had to post my own log-in to get these fixed. Details are in the private content below.
I’d be grateful, if you have success with it, if you could also use the login to deal with the other 2 posts:
Many thanks – and sorry for the delayed reply.
*bumo* – this login works

It seems the only way with the current set-up on wordpress,s hosting is to give you my own details – see in PM

April 9, 2019 at 2:19 pm in reply to: Contact submit button stuck on 'Authenticating' with Captcha v3 #1088667To clarify. The reason I created the WP.com login, which sends the email invite, rather than setting p/w is because that is what I was advised to do by WP support. We did not touch on the subject of how to disable wp.com redirect as this way seemed to be the quickest way to get you set up. I was unaware that you did not have access to the email account you gave me.
April 9, 2019 at 2:04 pm in reply to: Contact submit button stuck on 'Authenticating' with Captcha v3 #1088664Alternatively, you could….
a) provide me with an email that you DO have access to so I can send an invite from wordpress.com
b) explain to me how all your other users who are hosting on wordpress.com do it so I can copy them.April 9, 2019 at 1:35 pm in reply to: Contact submit button stuck on 'Authenticating' with Captcha v3 #1088657I will do that but please don’t blame me if we return to the problem of it being a wordpress.com page that you are redirected to for login.

Invite sent to (Email address hidden if logged out) to grant admin login
As regards posting admin details – there has been some problem with that – see this thread…
That is very odd – I am seeing just grey boxes on the slider. Like this:
That is with Chrome on my PC, another PC in my office, Edge on my PC and on my Android phone.
You are seeing colourful boxes with the opacity overlay on the left side?
April 8, 2019 at 9:53 am in reply to: Contact submit button stuck on 'Authenticating' with Captcha v3 #1088210Well I am stumped as to why that should be.. I am using WP’s hosting, so did you actually try logging in through their address?
I have regenerated the p/w as well – see the PM

Thanks for the offer. Please provide me with an email address and I can create a temp login for you. I already created one for (Email address hidden if logged out) but I doubt details would have gone to you.
