the slider is there, but the posts are not showing.
Is there another way of showing blog posts in a 3d slider? My client is interested in a turning cylinder-type 3d slider (may try to talk her out of it) for news posts, so I am looking at options.
thanks for your help
nancyit means I am seeing the slideshow controls all the time instead of just on hover, like it should be with the “minimal” setting.
thanks that worked well.
also – I have the controls set to “minimal” but I am seeing them all the time instead of just on hover. Can you see what’s wrong there? I have tried settings without success.
thanks
Nancyright, that would work. Thanks
I know about adding a button link, but was wondering if the caption itself could be the link instead
HI Rikard
login is belowthanks I will
I’m not sure what to change in the settings. I think it’s improved but I still see a font change when it loads.
Is there a different/better caching plugin that I should be looking at? I see Enfold suggests WP super cache or comet cache?
thanks for your help
Nancyyes I am using swift, and am enabling merging and compression
just cleared the cache. maybe it’s better?- This reply was modified 5 years, 2 months ago by Munford.
I still see an error
I am also having the same issue on various sites.
see belowthanks for the info.
The site looks OK on chrome & safari but not firefox (where I am developing). Cleared the cache.
What do you see on firefox?it’s not fixed on my end.
It still looks like the images in the post aboveok Any ideas about what is breaking the sidebars and footer?
seems to be the button shortcode I am using in the widget.thank you
OK I got the maps working – I have the API in the theme options google services as well as in the maps settings – (they were different since I updated the API for the staging site and forgot to update the maps settings). Should I have the API listed in both places?
now about the sidebars…
thanks for your help
Nancyyes sorry
here is my staging site below with 4.5.7 showing the same errors (*broken sidebars and footer due to maybe a button shortcode in the widget)
I see the maps are also not working properly after the update.thanks for taking another look.

sorry it’s deactivated now.
can you take another look?
thanksHi Rikard
I pointed out the issues I was seeing – a button shortcode in the sidebars and footer seemed to break the layout. I will try to set up a staging site, but it’s a big site to duplicate.
thanks for your help
