Yes. You can close it. Thank you!
Confirmed. If this comes up for anyone else. You have to set the phone to required in the appearance customize area AND under the PayPal WooCommerce plugin if you have it. They were in conflict.
Stand by. I just found something in a Woocommerce forum that may be the answer.
No problem. And thanks! I’m glad it was so simple.
never mind. it went away. no more mixed contents.
Safari 12.0.2
What’s not clear? Are you going to the website on Safari Browser? If so, you should see the video not load correctly. Unless you do see it load correctly? Because I do not.
I should add that if you refresh the page it works. It’s just on the inital page load. But every single time on the initial load. Weird.
Below is a link to the mockup. Right now, the search bar is at the bottom of the page which is too far to scroll down. I can put it on top with some CSS code, but then there is too much because it includes Search, Categories, Price and Color filters. For mobile, I just want search on top if possible. Appreciate any help you can offer.
Thanks!

Just to add, both technically work. The problem is the page automatically scrolls down to the tab section without clicking on anything. I’ve reset cache too. If you scroll back up and then click the tab, it scrolls down as it should with the new script. Just need to stop it from doing it automatically on the page load.
Hi Mike,
Would admin login give you access to the functions.php? Do you just need to see what’s happening? I could take a video and post to youtube or something. I’m trying this on a local MAMP server before I try it on the online version.
Still working. Could be caching. THanks!
I added this:
?iframe=true
at the end of the video link. It works sometimes. Like 1 out of 10 times.
Now it’s working. I don’t know. Standby.
So, I sort of got this to work with this solution: https://kriesi.at/support/profile/msutherin/replies/
However, it only works sometimes. I took down the button on the desktop version but kept it on the mobile version. Basically, I want to have the button clicked and the video to play in a pop-up lightbox. It doesn’t seem to work on mobile and instead just links to the about page.
I have this as the link:
And the link to the page below, but please view in mobile.
I need it to work all the time. I’ve tried on safari, chrome on both mac and pc, and also on mobile (ios) and I get the same results. I’d say it works about half the time.
It feels like it just times out and gives up if the video doesn;t play right away.

Correction. Both auto scroll down when you load the page. So if you go HOME it just automatically goes down to that area without actually clicking anything.
I deleted the code. Any ideas why that happened?
Hi,
The first one works best by changing the vertical position. The second one auto scrolls down whether I click something or not. So I will go with the first version.
Thanks so much!!!
Perfect! I updated the code to reflect the hex codes and it worked like a charm. Thanks so much!!!!!
November 5, 2018 at 6:17 am in reply to: Using Button element to play a video in a lightbox #1029771Hi,
I am trying to make this work. It almost works, but something goes wrong. I have the link to the page to the full video. In Safari, though, it just clicks to the About Page for some reason, and in Chrome, the Lightbox opens with the video briefly… and then goes to the About Us page, which is weird. Any ideas? Would really love to make this work as I am using a color section BG video but don’t want the entire video to play. Want to offer a longer video if the user wants to see it with a button.
