I don’t know why it didn’t work. I deleted the account, and recreated it and tested it working just now.
I checked the XMLs, they are all in place. I just tried importing 2017 demo, so you can see the aftermath (it didn’t work).
It said: “Importing didnt work!
You might want to try reloading the page and then try again”It might be the special character.
I just reset the password and the site.
Please try again.
Thank you.September 26, 2020 at 8:01 am in reply to: Weird reply to and message is address (Contact form) #1248569I will try, thank you for your help.
Login below.
You can freely reset the site if you want (reset plugin is installed).You can check what happened with the import on the site. Not all imports work at all, and some import pages, more or less intact (some can be broken) without images.
September 23, 2020 at 8:45 am in reply to: Weird reply to and message is address (Contact form) #1247790When I looked at the message source, the message id was set as HASH@www.domain.tld
I use the code generated for the functionality in the widget, so that is why some things did not work as they should have.
Where should I set from address so I wouldn’t need to use the code above? – Without this the form didn’t work at all.
Thanks
September 23, 2020 at 8:40 am in reply to: Add a phone icons AND a phone number to social icons? #1247788In the end I managed to do it, to a point. I worked whole day on it – I wanted to make ti work from inside the Enfold, without editing templates.
I added a normal mail icon, top right, and added a link + an icon to it and some styling. It does look nice, but I had to do some weird half pixel dimensions.
Can you pls. check the CSS if I did it OK? I see that smooth animation is not perfect.
This is the code:
<a style="supphone" title="Support" href="tel:0800800800">0800 800 800</a>.supphone { padding:0!important; line-height: 0px!important; border-right:1px solid rgb(235, 235, 235)!important; margin-right:-11px} .supphone a { font-weight: normal!important; display:block!important; line-height: 29.4px!important; padding:0 8px 0 7px!important; transition-delay: 0s; transition-duration: 0.3s; transition-property: all; transition-timing-function: ease-out; } .supphone a:hover {text-decoration: none; color:white!important; background: #12a5f4; } .supphone a:after { font-family: 'entypo-fontello'!important; margin-left:7px!important; font-size: 13px!important; position: relative!important; bottom: -1px!important; content:"\e806"; /*srce*/ transition-delay: 0s; transition-duration: 0.3s; transition-property: all; transition-timing-function: ease-out; } .supphone:hover a:after { color: white; }-

Fantastic support :-)

February 20, 2020 at 8:20 pm in reply to: How to achieve footer to span 100% browser width? #1186527Thansk. That is what I tried initially, but it didn’t work.
This did work tho:
#socket .container {
width: 100%;
max-width: 100%;
padding:10px 30px 20px 30px;
margin:0;
}I really love Enfold / enfold support. :-) Thanks for this, I was looking for the same.

Please do provide me with beta. Thanks.
January 22, 2020 at 9:43 am in reply to: How to disable tabs on element edit in new enfold?? #1177041I understand why you might do that, but Enfold is less usable with the new design, mainly because it is slower to work with. – There are more clicks to do stuff, and when one can not see options (as they are concealed) they are less likely to be used.
One important thing to note is that exactly this approach is why Gutenberg failed. More clicks to do stuff, less intuitive. It goes to the point that you enabled disabling Gutenberg / enabling classic editor directly in you theme – and there are other theme makers that do the same.
As is, I will revert to prior Enfold version.
January 21, 2020 at 11:11 am in reply to: How to disable tabs on element edit in new enfold?? #1176653Here, I took two screenshots from old and new Enfold to describe the issue.
As you will see, the new system requires more clicks to do the same, and generally slows down editing of options. That is highly negative, because sometimes when I have to search for an appropriate option, it is easier when I see them all, instead of clicking around.

Thanks.
I am not sure if that is the correct way to do it, but I managed to swap the image used by replacing ‘entry_with_sidebar’ with ‘masonry’ in single_portfolio.php and it worked…. :-/
$avia_config[‘size’] = avia_layout_class( ‘main’ , false) == ‘entry_without_sidebar’ ? ” : ‘entry_with_sidebar’;
This was hit and miss, but it worked.

December 22, 2019 at 5:47 pm in reply to: How to turn off preload / preload effect on portfolio grid? #1168582Of course.
As you can see, I have three pages with three galleries. They load faster now as I processed the archive with Short Pixel, but it is still slow.
That’s it then. :-)
@jjsanderson That haven’t occurred to me, nice tip for the next time. This definitely should go to next update.
I just applied the fixes, and they don’t work.
EDIT
I then disabled cookie consent message, and reloaded – and the maps worked. When I turned cookie consent back on, everything works. – I don’t know why tho. – This should be investigated.

What Safari doesn’t support? I see Google Maps on other sites without issues.
Also, it worked well before the last update, never had an issue.I tried all other browsers, and it works in them, only Safari seems to block this.
This reply has been marked as private.Thanks fo your reply. I managed to find out what is the problem after a few hours of digging. Security plugin BPS Pro causes the issue due to malformed .htaccess rules. I have had not to disable, but to uninstall the plugin for the site to start working correctly. I didn’t have any issues since.
I am working with the plugin maker to find out can it be fixed.
Are you aware of any issues with BPS plugin? – Is there any security plugin you would recommend?
Thanks!
