Hi Mike,
Sorry, I thought I already replyed to your last message.
How do I center all the text by default?
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Mike,
My apologies for the late response, I have been waiting for the accordion to act up again. I have not checked every day, but right now everything is working fine.
As soon as the jumping begins, I’ll let you know.
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Mike,
Thank you so much! :D
<EDIT> No, it was Chrome on iPhone.
Question: What do you mean by, removing the id? Because I still see it in the url?
Since it happens randomly, of course everything works perfect now, including the accordions without the fix.
I’ll wait until the jumping starts up again and I’ll test and get back to you :)
Again Mike, thank you very much for your response.
Sincerely,
MortickaHello,
I don’t understand your response. The problem still exists, you can see it with your own eyes when you go to my website. Can someone help me??
There has to be a cause for this, or maybe a different fix? I saw Mike with a solution a while ago for someone else with the same problem. including support not being able to replicate the problem?
HELP PLEASE?
Sincerely,

MortickaSeptember 16, 2020 at 9:12 am in reply to: Woocommerce checkout form not responsive on mobile and alignment issues #1246230Hi Ismael,
Unfortunately it did not work, do you have another solution?
(And I asked for a solution for this problem in the first ticket I started a month ago, I even included a screenshot? So this is not a new question :) )

MortickaSeptember 14, 2020 at 2:05 pm in reply to: Pricing table: Description and standard column row not aligning #1245768Thx Mike! Everything works fine again. It looks great on desktop, but on mobile the description row is not visible, so there I would have to use a different version. (I don’t think there’s enough room either.)
Is there a way to automatically align every pricetable, be it with a description row or a standard row? And center the text? Screenshot in private content.

MortickaSeptember 14, 2020 at 11:24 am in reply to: Woocommerce checkout form not responsive on mobile and alignment issues #1245716Hi Ismael,
Thank you very much and ofcourse! (Sorry, I had been working for 12 hours straight, missed that one.)
It looks great now, except on desktop, where there is still no room at the bottom of the checkout form. I put a content section beneath the checkout shortcode on the page, but it seems to only work on mobile.
How can I get more room at the bottom of the checkout form on desktop? Screenshot in private content.

MortickaSeptember 14, 2020 at 10:41 am in reply to: Pricing table: Description and standard column row not aligning #1245709Hi Mike,
Wow, it looks beautiful on desktop, thank you very much!! :D
Only on mobile most of the text is gone? How do I fix that? (screenshot in private content)
Sincerely,
Morticka<EDIT> Sorry, I had to remove the script in functions.php, because the rollover behaviour of links and buttons was not working anymore. After I removed it, everything worked again.
Hi Ismael,
Yes I know, it does it randomly. That’s why I showed you the video. It’s making me banana’s :).
I tested it in Google Chrome.
How do I solve this?
Sincerely,
MortickaSeptember 8, 2020 at 12:49 pm in reply to: Woocommerce checkout form not responsive on mobile and alignment issues #1244276Hi Ismael,
Great, it works perfectly on desktop! :D
But on mobile, the price and payment option overlaps the billing information.
Question: How can I make sure the checkout form is completely visible on mobile?
This is the code I tried but this did not work:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #order_review { position: absolute; top: 11.5%; right: 0; margin-top: 20px; } }
Thanks.

I could not touch the cart icon on iphone in portrait mode (hamburger menu kept opening) and in landscape mode the cart was overlapping the hamburger menu.
Now it looks good, thank you very much Mike :D

Do you have a solution for my other alignment problem? “When you go to the checkout form, the Product information box now overlaps the “Your order” heading. ”

Thx, that looks good again!
I’m just having trouble moving the cart to the left again, because now that the search icon is gone, the cart moved again.
How can I move the cart more to the left?
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Ismael,
Thx that worked! :D
(Found my problem, I used the wrong query, min width in stead of max! Duh. :) )

Ofcourse. New one in the private content, just took it a couple of minutes ago. As you can see, the issue is still there. The icons do not load.
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Rikard,
Strange, did you check mobile or desktop? Because desktop works fine.
And yes, I checked with incognito, the blogpost is not visible on ipad and iphone.
<EDIT> I had other people check on Android as well, the blogpost is not visible there either. How can I fix this?

Great, it worked, thx Victoria! :D
The icon however is also bigger on desktop, I would like only to display a bigger cart icon on mobile.
Using the media only code moves the cart to the right of the hamburger menu. How can I fix this?

August 31, 2020 at 3:02 pm in reply to: Move Woocommerce cart left of the hamburger menu (again) and bigger cart icon #1242200Hi Mike,
Thank you very much! :D
I did notice that the search icon is displayed next to the hamburger menu now. Before, the search icon was displayed inside the hamburger menu.
How can I put the search icon back in the hamburger menu?
<EDIT> In landscape mode on mobile the cart is on top of the search icon as well.

MortickaAugust 28, 2020 at 3:46 pm in reply to: Icons in tab section do not fully display or load on mobile #1241620Hi,
The issue happens on mobile, not on desktop. It happens on android and iphone.
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Victoria,
Of course.
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Ismael,
Ofcourse, I opened a new ticket. Your code moves the cart on desktop as well and it’s supposed to be only on mobile.
You can close this thread and I hope someone will respond to the new one.

MortickaAugust 25, 2020 at 5:40 pm in reply to: Icons in tab section do not fully display or load on mobile #1240717Hello,
Thx for the reply.
I still have the issue on the staging site (I only turned off the animation for the live site).
Inserting the code you gave me did not work.
Do you have another solution?

August 21, 2020 at 9:42 am in reply to: Icons in tab section do not fully display or load on mobile #1239770Hello?
This problem also occurs on the live site
What I don’t understand, on desktop it works perfectly.
Can I turn the effect off only on mobile? Or as I have stated in this opening ticket, is there a similar solution like the one that was applied to the timeline?
<EDIT> In the mean time I have turned off the animation of the icons on the live site, so that they appear on mobile. A very simple and obvious workaround which I was to stressed to think off before.
It’s not a perfect solution, because the problem still exists and I would still like everything to work as it should, so if you could solve this problem or point me in the right direction, that would be great.

August 20, 2020 at 8:46 am in reply to: Icons in tab section do not fully display or load on mobile #1239473Hello,
Yes, I’ve temporarily disabled all the plugins, but the problem still exists.
Do you have a solution?
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Victoria,
No worries, it happens to all of us sometimes :)
And yes, it worked, thx! :D
The cart is on the right of the hamburger menu though and I was trying to get it to the left of the hamburger menu? And how can I make the cart icon bigger so it’s easier to tap with your finger?
<EDIT> I just found out that the dropdown from the Woocommerce cart on desktop is transparent again. How can I fix this and keep my transparency header?
Sincerely,
Morticka- This reply was modified 4 years, 4 months ago by Morticka. Reason: Woocommerce cart dropdown is transparent again after removing code that stopped my header from being transparent
Hi Victoria,
My security software logs every login and yours is not there? (take a look at the screenshot, you can see exactly which pages you visited and that you were rerouted because the maintenance mode is activated. That does not happen when you’re logged in.)
The last time Kriesi support logged in was two days ago (screenshot with login information)
To be sure that my security software was not acting up, I logged out and logged in again. My login is visible, so everything is working as it should? (see screenshot with my login information)
I also logged in with the credentials I gave you guys and that is logged as well. (see screenshot)Where did you log in, because it was not the staging site? (Only the staging site has woocommerce installed. I put the data again in the private content. :) )
To see if Quick CSS worked, I removed some code and the changes were visible.
So, I have no idea why the CSS code from the woocommerce cart on mobile does not work.
<EDIT> You can only see the cart on mobile after you log in, go to the product page and put the product in the cart. Can someone else take a look? I don’t know what’s going on, else I would have fixed it myself and not have bothered you guys?
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Victoria,
I have no cache plugin activated on the staging site.
I noticed you did not login. You were redirected a couple of times because maintenance mode is on.
The reason why you could not change anything on the outside, is probably my security. (A while ago you guys could not see that i was running a child theme or the quick css data from the outside, for instance)
Do you have another solution?
Sincerely,
Morticka -
