@digitalessence, your solution is not working.

An existing update is still displayed, although all plugins are up to date. Also, the Dashboard Menu displays Layer Slider, even though the plugin is not installed. Can someone check that? PM was sent.

Strange, Layer Slider plugin is not installed. But the Dashboard menu lists Layer Slider.

Hi!

After activating the parent theme and then activating the child theme, the error message is gone. I do not know why …, but ok.

Hello Victoria,

thanks for the help link.
I checked both files of the error message on superfluous whitespace and found none. Then I replaced both files with the same from a backup of September 2018 (at that time there was not the problem). The error message continues. Browser cache has been deleted multiple times. What next?
And why can I easily call the page without www?

Hi Jordan,

no, I removed the code from Post #1044057 because it does not look good. I am still interested in changing the menu bar to the specified color in full screen width. Your code and that of Rikard only change parts of Menubar. You can try it yourself in the backend (see PM in post #1044567).

Both codes only work in one part of the menu bar. If I put both in Quick CSS, there is no change.
