MikeHi,
Sorry for the late reply, I believe that you will need to enter the cookie notice text in your language, like this:

The reason is that you can enter any text into the field so there is no translation built into the theme, as with other elements.
Please let us know if there are other parts of the element that are not translated.Best regards,
MikeHi,
Sorry for the late reply, I checked your Home page and see that you are getting an error:/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)I suspect that your “WPS Hide Login” plugin is blocking access to admin-ajax.php, or perhaps a different one is, please try disabling your plugins.
If this doesn’t help, try checking your server error log to find why this required file is giving a 404 (file not found)Best regards,
MikeHi,

Sorry for the late reply, I found that you had some css in your merged css file that was hiding the layerslider, once I disabled your merged css the layerslider started showing again.
This was the css:.ls-slide { display: block !important; visibility: hidden !important; position: absolute !important; overflow: hidden; top: 0 !important; left: 0 !important; bottom: auto !important; right: auto !important; background: none; border: none !important; margin: 0 !important; padding: 0 !important }Please clear your browser cache and check.
Best regards,
MikeHi,
Sorry for the late reply, please try adding this to the end of your .htaccess file:RedirectMatch permanent /([a-z0-9\-]+\/)[0-9\/]+ /$1Best regards,
MikeHey eskitaco,
Sorry for the late reply, the dev team has been working on a solution for the shortcodes not showing in the widgets, and we now believe we have a solution for this.
Please include a admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area so we can apply it to your site.Best regards,
MikeHi,
Sorry for the late reply, when I add items to your cart and then hover over the icon it says how many items and the total of the cart. Unless I misunderstood, this seems to be what you are asking for?
To show the cart icon on the shop page, please try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field or in the WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS field:#top.woocommerce-page .cart_dropdown { display: block !important; }Best regards,
MikeHi,
functions-enfold.php is the wrong file, please try functions.php, otherwise Please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can take a look.Best regards,
MikeHi,
@jaimbateman I will post the link again, but please note that this is not the official update, and we ask that you follow the instructions above just in case that your site crashes. I don’t recommend using it on every site, just the ones you have an issue with, because it is not the retail version.Best regards,
MikeHi,
I think that your page is a better now.
I don’t understand why ” Google detects “jQ (Email address hidden if logged out) ” as a penalizing vulnerability” jQuery is on almost every website, where can I see the penalty?
Also what do you mean by “dynamically set the title tags alt images” the alt tags are set automatically, how would you want it different?Best regards,
MikeHi,
Sorry, I’m not sure that I understand, please try to explain again.Best regards,
MikeHi,
@mikehenze that is great news :)Best regards,
MikeHi,
Do you want the sidebar to look like the image in the Private Content area?
The link below is the css file that is overriding that style.I see that you have a javascript error, do you have any custom code with this in it:
.av-section-tab-title[href=]can you disable it?
Best regards,
MikeHi,
@jojoba007 thanks, I can now connect, but the password is rejected, please check.Best regards,
MikeHi,
How are you adding the borders? I would like to recreate the issue on my localhost.
Meanwhile to have borders, please try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field or in the WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS field:#top.page-id-954 .avia-icongrid-wrapper { border:2px solid rgba(211, 211, 211, 1); }feel free to adjust the color and width.
Best regards,
MikeHi,
Perhaps updating the theme will help, if you include admin login and ftp access in the Private Content area, I could give it a try.Best regards,
MikeHi,
@jojoba007, sorry, the ftp access is not working for me, it times out when trying to reach the host, and sftp doesn’t work either.
Is this FTP or SFTP?
I also tried to use a Dutch VPN in case my IP was being blocked.
do you have any other info?
@mikehenze do you mean that this solved your issue? This was an early release of the next update, so yes when the update comes out it will have the fix in it.Best regards,
MikeHi,
Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at your site, and was able to find the “Amazing Venues” page, which is now highlighting the menu item “Wedding Ideas” I also checked a few others, but they all seemed to match.
Do you still see any that are not correct?Best regards,
MikeHi,
I deleted the “enfold-old” So while trying to figure out what is going on with your icon grid, I created a new one below yours and the links are working fine, the only difference is yours have a border around them, please check. Perhaps the old theme created them with an error, and you can use the new ones instead?Best regards,
MikeFebruary 28, 2019 at 5:30 am in reply to: Widget Enfold Mailchimp newsletter signup not work #1072477Hi,
@jojoba007, this has to be done via FTP, but you didn’t include FTP access, if you would like me to assist please include.
@mikehenze, below is the link, please follow these steps, extract the zip and upload via FTP to your theme folder as “enfold-new”, then change your current theme folder to “enfold-old”, then change this one to “enfold” and refresh your site and check for the error.
If your site crashes, change the new one back to “enfold-new” and your old one back to “enfold”
If all goes well and it solves the error, and you are happy, then delete “enfold-old” via FTP – Not through the WordPress theme settings.
If it doesn’t help at all, then I will need FTP & admin access so I can try to document the issue for the dev team.Best regards,
MikeHi,
@Exec4 glad to hear you have solved it by uploading through the theme panel, it sounds like you had tried to overwrite the theme directory. Please note that if you update via FTP, you will need to remove the old theme folder “enfold” first (via FTP) then upload the new “enfold” folder at /wp-content/themes/enfold/
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.Best regards,
MikeHi,
Thanks for sharing your tip on Stripe, for changing how your link shows, I believe you can do this with the yoast plugin, please see this article. The article talks about FB, but I think it’s the same steps. To add a Message to the WooCommerce Checkout Page, please see this article.
As for the icon, it seems this is added by stripe to show which kind of card it is, probably the best approach is to hide it for mobile with this css:@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top.woocommerce-checkout .stripe-card-brand { display: none !important; } }When I check all 13 of your products show for me on mobile, and I see your Super Cache is turned off, so it doesn’t seem there should be any lag, unless your mobile device is caching on it’s own.
Does your mobile browser have a setting to clear it’s cache on every close? Or perhaps something similar?Best regards,
