Normally there are no issues with plugins, but perhaps one of the two you have is causing an issue for all new ones and the whole site. Try disabling them. You could also tray a manual install: Access the folder ‘/wp-content/themes/’ from hosting control panel > file manager or via the FTP tool and rename the ‘enfold’ folder to ‘enfold-old’.Download a fresh copy of enfold theme and extract the ‘enfold’ theme folder from the downloaded package and upload it to same location ‘/wp-content/themes/’ this should fix the issue.

Are any other icons wrong, such as the icon choices in the icon element, or your social icons? Have you recently updated or added a plugin? I remember this happening when the entypo fonts were damaged in an upgrade, and another time the sites character coding was changed by a plugin.
Try a manual install to fix any damaged files:

Enfold does not support a sticky header for mobile, it is disabled because a lot of mobile browsers do not support fixed or sticky elements and having a sticky header will consume what’s little left of the mobile screen. We have done it a few times and it ends up affecting many elements. If you want to try and don’t mind a quirk or two check this out:@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header { position: fixed!important; top: 0; }}Best regards,

The login your gave us is working, widgets, live preview, drop downs & the main screen options while editing a post works too. See if it works for you. Your site is slow, maybe the videos. But the first time I visited I was hijacked to another site, I would get that looked at. It might also explain your issues.Best regards,

Try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit.
I know you don’t want to lose work, yet I believe you won’t by just deactivating them. But to be on the safe side make a backup: I recommend https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Try going to Enfold Theme Options > Header > Extra Elements > Header Phone Number/Extra Info
choosing right or left from the drop down will create a new input box: “Phone Number or small info text” HTML can be used there.Best regards,

For me Google shows it the way you want.
Remember, you are suggesting snippets to Google, and who you are and how you search and your last page, ie: your site, determines what you will see in the search results.Best regards,

How LayerSlider Updates work in Enfold
The bundled version of LayerSlider will be updated with theme updates, which we do depending on our own release cycle and depending on critical updates. The users cant update the bundled version of the layerslider, even if actived.
However, if a user wishes to update before the next theme update, they can simply purchase a copy of the layerslider on codecanyon, upload it as a plugin and activate it. It will then overwrite the bundled version, and then the user is in full control of LayerSlider updates.
There is no need to deactivate the bundled version, it automatically detects if the plugin version is active and disables itself.Best regards,
