Thanks Nikko, all set! I didn’t try setting the negative value to -2 but swear I think I tried -1 and did set the border to none in every conceivable way ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
September 28, 2021 at 3:59 pm in reply to: Post category archive page – full post for each post in a given category #1322651OK, thanks Mike! For my customer to take the ball with this one I will need to show them how to build (actually edit a template) with the ALB and then move it back to default layout.
Much appreciated!
Thanks Guenni007! I am not looking to use it for a featured image, but rather one of the Preview Images in a Portfolio entry. I too use ezgif, but I think because I can not set the preview image to full size and I’ve messed around with frame rate (mostly to reduce file size). That last link you provided looks promising and I’ll investigate that further.
May 5, 2021 at 4:25 pm in reply to: image with hotspots – some hotspots don't work until reload #1298631Hi Mike,
It turns out there was some custom CSS…
.av-tt-xlarge-width { width: 530px !important; display: block !important; text-align: left !important; }
“display: block !important;” was forcing the tooltips to block the buttons when it would normally be completely hidden. When disabled the tooltips work as expected. Also all the tooltips are 55pm lower than they should be because of the WordPress admin bar, which caused them to show/hide.
At any rate, things appear to be working now and I appreciate your support!
May 4, 2021 at 4:06 pm in reply to: image with hotspots – some hotspots don't work until reload #1298329Thanks Mike. I can see console errors (JSON) on my install …
storage.html:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token o in JSON at position 1 at JSON.parse (<anonymous>) at receiveMessage (storage.html:1)
…and need to figure out why it’s happening and what role storage.html plays in all of this. If you or your team can shed any light on that please let me know.
When I disable all plugins I still get an error…
(index):486 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
… and some of the hotspots randomly don’t work. So I suspect it’s a configuration setting, possibly under Performance in the theme control panel. I have attached a fullscreen screenshot of that. I believe someone from Enfold made some adjustments in there as part of this ticket. Thanks for your continued help.
May 3, 2021 at 3:16 pm in reply to: image with hotspots – some hotspots don't work until reload #1298028Thank Mike, I will double check all the images to make sure they all use HTTPS. The transparent markers are so the map graphic is used and I can’t see how that would be an issue only some times (should either work or not, no)? I tried disabling W3 Cache (and all plugins in several tests) and it made no difference in the way the hotspots acted. The builder templates is something I have not tried toggling, should I enable all builder templates to test?
Thank you
April 29, 2021 at 3:33 pm in reply to: image with hotspots – some hotspots don't work until reload #1297389You can try it if you’d like to, i always test this, refresh (no cache) and didn’t note a difference, but maybe you will.
April 26, 2021 at 7:44 pm in reply to: image with hotspots – some hotspots don't work until reload #1296819Updated to the latest version of the theme, but still not showing us all the hotspots. Info below…
Perfect, thanks Mike!
Awesome, thank you Ismael!
October 23, 2020 at 5:02 pm in reply to: Hiding cookie message on content shared to LinkedIn #1255306I think I’m all set. Thank you Victoria.
October 22, 2020 at 4:12 pm in reply to: Hiding cookie message on content shared to LinkedIn #1255009I am and I did look quickly at the settings before posting my question here. I see controllable settings for FB, Twitter and Pinterest. I’ll take a closer look at the Stack Overflow post and maybe try creating the meta tags manually and adding to the header.
I’ll let you know, thank you!
OK, thanks – all set!
Sorry for the delayed response. Please see details in private content…
Good to know @guenni007 thank you! And Rikard I’m all set. Thanks all!
Thanks @Guenni007 I installed the plugin and that made a world of difference. I usually try to avoid plugins when I can insert simple functions (as I did to support the ability to upload SVG), but can now see I needed it to help display the image inside the Image with Hotspots element. Better overall support of SVG is hopefully forthcoming with this theme I like so much.
Thanks again.
I haven’t Victoria. This is in an Image with Hotspots element and I tried giving it a custom class. I use SVG for the logo on most of my sites and was aware of giving it a width, but can not get it to work with the custom class in this element. I tried…
.svg-img-test { width: 900px; } and .svg-img-test { width: 900px !important; } without success. After Guenni007’s response I then tried (currently in place) .svg-img-test[src$=”.svg”] { width: 900px !important; } and then: .svg-img-test img[src$=’.svg’] { width: 900px !important; } with no luck.I would like. to use an SVG in an Image with Hotspots element if possible.
Any way we can take a look at this? The ability to use an SVG in a hotspot element is important for this and another site I’m working on.
This reply has been marked as private.May 6, 2020 at 7:08 pm in reply to: Woocommerce Product Gallery with Advanced Layout Editor #1210430@Nic I added the shortcode (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-product-image-in-avia-builder-using-wooswatches/) but agree, this would be a very useful Plugin Addition and I was surprised it was not available. That being said, the added function works well (thank you @Ismael) for now, but this would be a worthwhile addition in a future release.
You can close this, last image is still off, but I’ll need to bring all the others down to match.
They are all 600×400, but the resolution must be set differently. Thanks
They’re all 600×400?
September 19, 2019 at 5:14 pm in reply to: Page Preview Error. Warning: preg_match_all(): Compilation failed: unknown … #1139980In the past I’ve resolved this issue (preg_match_all(): compilation failed: unknown…) by updating the version of PHP I had running. I didn’t see that in this thread and felt it worth mentioning.
Weird flex Guenni007, thanks for your input.
The first statement asks if it’s an element I’m not aware of, suggesting is this something to look forward to (which I expand upon with the thread). For example will there be a new element to build this, or will a future version of the list element be updated to allow a user to display content this way.
It is (in my opinion) odd to show something on their own page used to promote Enfold a feature that isn’t available, especially right next to the text ‘what you get withEnfold’!!!
Sigh, yes, I use developer tools. I just wanted to know if it was an element planned for a future release. I can rebuild exactly that effect on my own, my clients can (but they can use elements).
You can (please) close this ticket.
OK great. I love a good mystery for a theme I’ve invested in over 50 copies!
Interesting. OK, thanks anyway. I can create something similar, but was hoping it was a sneak peek at a future content element.
OK thanks Günter. I thought the elements were part of the theme/avia framework and that would therefore control the behavior with regards to the quotes. If there’s nothing Kriesi can do (WP defaults) and the text element just operates differently than all other elements I guess we’re stuck with it.
