Thank you. I can’t quite figure out how to do this even though it sounds so simple. Could you talk me through it in really easy steps please? Thanks!

June 20, 2016 at 7:01 pm in reply to: Website crashed during update!!! (fatal error showing) #651017Hi,
I have access to the FTP details (I think – I have the details for the domain and where it’s registered and I think I can get them there) but I have no clue how to do that without messing anything up. If I gave you access is it something you can do?
Thank you,
Lauren
Actually… there is something else you can help me with (sorry to be a pain!)
I was just trying to figure out how to add the code in the private content box below to my index.html file to verify my Pinterest account?
Thank you again!
Lauren
Thanks Jordan! You’re a star :-)

Fabulous. Thank you so much for the quick response.
That was a quick reply! Thank you.
Is it possible to get the black border on the single blog posts too?
Hi Rikard,
My site is http://www.theoriginalwordsmith.co.uk, but I am mocking up a new site on a development domain at the moment, which I will then transfer across to this domain. The link to that and the login details are below.
Thank you,
Lauren
Excellent. Thank you!
Hello,
The link to my site is below. I don’t have the form on there yet but it’s going to go on the bottom right corner of the footer, in place of the logo that’s there currently.
Thank you,
Lauren
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me. I would really like it to be in the header next to the logo, rather than the top of the page above the logo. Like these people have done on their site. http://www.britweb.co.uk/
Thank you,
Lauren

Please could you explain how I get to that bit?
Thank you,
Lauren

I don’t have those options – are they on the latest update to Enfold only? I’ve not been able to update as it doesn’t seem to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
Is there a way to do it if I can access the advanced header options?
Thank you,
Lauren

Do you think you could explain that in really simple terms? Or with screen grabs? Sorry, I’m just still not understanding how to do it!
Thank you,
Lauren

Thank you for your help. I’ve managed to get a link in the socket and images in the footer, but I’m still having trouble with making the icon boxes the same size and getting a link on one word within the footer. I’m a complete novice so it’s highly possible that I’m not doing something right!
Also, I’m just using the table that comes with the Enfold theme to display tabular data.
Any other help would be much appreciated!
thank you,
Lauren
Good point :-)
Ah. I hadn’t but I just did and that was all it took. Oops. Thank you!
