I found this thread by looking for a solution for the same problem. Between the two lines in the sidebar should be the content which ist used within a shortcode.

thx for your reply but I don´t really get the message behind your post: Enfold offers several appearances for the Blog Style of the Enfold element “Blog Posts”. When I set it on “Single Author, small preview…” and choose “Full Content” it doesn´t work as all other settings in “Blog Post” settings don´t work. Whatfor are those settings, when you say, that those settings can´t handle your own builder but just the default editor? In that case, I can control Blog Post Overwiev settings, but not the blog posts itself by your Enfold builder!?

I solved it by revoking the themeforest API settings and deleting the browser cookies. Hope that will go faster with all the other installations.Best regards
FockeI am very annoyed right now. Correctly generated the token, used it in the enfold update tab, waited forever and then this:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)What a trouble …

this way is really not very customer friendly. I’m familiar with the procedure, but the Avada guys for instance did a lot better then. Too bad for an otherwise outstanding theme like Enfold.Registration of the token does not work smoothly either. It loads forever and ultimately the process stops and no token is registered.
I have to do that soon for many websites, I hope there may still be a fix for the conversion.Best regards

now there is this problem in all my Enfold installations (now with 4.5). I know the possibility using an FTP client, but that should not be the way looking at the customer experience ;)

FockeI already did that before. That does not effect the problem.
Please use the User Account I created to whats wrong. I’m using Enfold since a long time in several projects and never had this special problem.Thank you in advance!

thanks for checking that up! I changed some things in Quick CSS to get that result. But there ist still the the grey background in the Header Secondary Menu section at the top. That should be white as well.Thank you in advance!

the first link (www2) went to the page “NEUWAGEN”, where yo can find the described problem.
The second Link (www) will work from tomorrow 11am, cause we will go live.For example:
https://www2.website.de/neuwagen/#deals-angebote-neuwagenI need a link that goes direct to the tab section element and it should open the tab that is selected in a link. I need possibilities to link to the CORSA, to the CROSSLAN X and to the GRANDLAND X
Same Problem on the KUNDENDIENST Page where I need direct links to the special service offers which you can find in tabs of the tab section element. https://www2.website.de/kundendienst/
Remember, from Monday 11 AM the links will only work with www and not with www2

Hi,
I am also using the “Tab-Section” Element. I checked that is is possible to link to specific tab from another page.
like this: http://www.website.de/neuwagen/#-opel-corsa-3-tuerig
The problem is, that the selected tab is open but the page starts above and you have to scroll to the tab section.Is there another possibility to set that link? It should go direct to the selected tab.
