Hi Rikard, yes I’d be interested to know if you agree that W3TC shouldn’t be used and that Super Cache is superior? As mentioned, I did try switching to super cache but my GTMetrix score was significantly lower.
Hi, I’ve checked on Google chrome and on my iPad and the result is the same. The images don’t load when you click between tabs and then click back. They load when the page loads, but not after changing tabs and then retuning to the original tab.
I’ve cleared the cache and still get the same problems. My 1st problem is evident in your screenshot: the menu isn’t central. I am still also experiencing my 2nd problem: the whole page can be scrolled to the right to reveal blank space.

Please see a screenshot in the private content that shows how the site appears on an iPad. I’ve checked on multiple iPads and the results are the same.
It appears that one of the extensions in google chrome conflicts with the theme. I haven’t figured out which one yet but when you run the site in incognito mode the problem is resolved. I have spoken to someone from the google chrome forums and they have confirmed that one of the chrome extensions is causing the issue with the theme.
I have managed to track down the problem. The problem is occurring on pages that have videos on them. The posts that show these diagonal lines are not using the advanced layout editor and have shortcodes for the video like this: [av_video src='' format='16-9' width='16' height='9' custom_class='']
Once I delete this shortcode from any page the problem goes away. I am on Chrome on PC. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?
Hi, please see the screenshot in the original post. You will see that these aren’t actually lines that have been placed in the code, rather it seems as if part of the code is conflicting with google chrome and the browser isn’t rendering the website properly. It happens when ‘hardware acceleration’ is enabled on Chrome, but it only happens on my website.

Hi Andy thanks for your response. I’ve deactivated my caching plugin and cleared my browser cache, but unfortunately on mobile view the headings still aren’t visible.

Sorry I don’t understand your response. Just to clarify the issue, please take a look at the image linked in private content. As you can see, on mobile view the testimonials have a larger padding than the text. I want the padding to be consistent. Thank you.
I’m afraid this doesn’t work. This removes the padding entirely. If I try and reintroduce the padding using this code and change 0px to 10px then the testimonials still have more padding than the rest of the text.
What I’d like is to keep the text padding as it is but make the testimonials have the same padding.
